I love KEEN shoes. I have been a KEEN fan for 20 years. I have always looked for wide toe box shoes. I have flat feet and I want comfort. They were hard to find 20 years ago. The Newport is one of my favorites. I have bought other styles similar to the Newport. The rose sandal is one of my favorites because I was looking for a nice comfortable shoe for dress up. The rose sandal is perfect. Several years ago, I purchased 3 pairs and several weeks ago, again, I bought three more pairs. I give KEEN a plus 10 Star.

These sandals are my favorites. I wear them for everything from the pool to taking the kids to school to work. They are comfortable and feel great on my feet all day. My feet are wide so I did size up but I havenāt had any issues with the extra length.These were my second try for Keen sandals. The first pair were the standard slip-on style with no hook and loop enclosure. I wanted to love them but they were hard to get on my feet and felt too restrictive all day. After wearing them for a week I returned them for a full refund. No problems at all, even after wearing them outside. They stand by their products and they truly want their customers to love their products. I highly recommend the company and these sandals.

Working in hour long action adventure TV as an art director/production designer I wore Keen shoes for my whole career. Both on Miami Vice & Lost, I was in an out of the ocean, on the sand or walking on concrete floors. Keen gave me the versatility to do all of this without worrying about changing my shoes. Plus, I could have them in multiple colors to go with my Caribbean or Hawaiian shirts - Color is part of my job. Now as a member of the faculty at USC, students text about what I am wearing everyday I am on campus - this includes shoes. Keen shoes are on my foot surgeons recommended list! Thanks!

Love these shoes!!! They are truly the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Out of the box comfort and fit was spot on. If you have a wider foot or a high instep I would think ordering up a half to whole size might help with the fit. The strap at the ankles is tight-ish (elastic across with the Velcro strap to size it). It was easy for me to put the shoes on but I could see how it might be tight on wide feet or high arches. Iām so happy with my purchase and will be ordering them in another color. The brindal/shitaki color is beautiful!!
Keen has really just left the chat. The quality and workmanship has tanked over the last five years. Iāve worn Keens for 20 years and this will be my last pair. I bought these because the Keen sandals I bought last year didnāt last the year. These sandals are just weird though the toe box. The toe portion literally goes in the opposite directions of my toes. No other shoes that I wear do this. When I am looking at my feet with these sandals on, my foot is straight and the toe box goes fully to the side.Just odd.
I already own this shoe in basic black. It is comfortable for wide feet with bunions - highly recommended. The color combination of the new pair (Navy) is really good with my clothes. It would be fantastic if the Keen Newport H2 sandal came in the same color combination.Out of the box, these shoes seem a bit narrow, but that is easily resolved by wearing them in water. The stretch in the upper material is just enough to make the fit perfect for me.

For as much of the year as possible, I would like to have as little on my feet as possible, but I have also spent too many years at camp, so I require a closed toe and a back strap. The first time I bought a pair of these shoes, I fell in love. I wore them until the soles wore so thin I could feel every bump underfoot. And then I bought another pair. Every time a pair dies, I get anxious that for some horrible reason these might have been discontinued since I bought my last pair. But to my delight, I have been able to replace these over and over again.I walk a lot, both on sidewalks and on nature trails, and I am very happy with how long these last. I bought these for a trip to Utah to hike in the five big national parks out there. They were comfortable in and out of water. They dried quickly and didnāt smell. They were excellent for most trails. The only slipping I encountered was when there was a fine layer of sand over stone. The only time they were just down right the wrong footwear was trying to walk on deep sand. It would fill up the toe of the shoe, wedging my foot to the back and becoming very heavy. So, not for sand but great otherwise.
I own 4 pair of these, love them and these were a gift but are going back to Duluth.Two reasons:1. They are not as shown on the website picture- or as pretty.I bought gray and every part of the shoe a dark solid industrial gray.2. There is a strong sicky chemical smell- reminds me of fake coconut.You can smell it before you open the box.I kept the shoes out of the box for a few weeks to air them and the smell did not go away or lessen.You can still smell it from a few feet away.Never had this before in any pair of shoes.I'd normally give these 5 stars but the odor is a deal breaker- it's gross.I'm surprised no one at Duluth noticed this when they shipped them out.Are you supposed to wash them before you wear them?Is this the new normal for Keen Rose ...Ā MoreI own 4 pair of these, love them and these were a gift but are going back to Duluth.Two reasons:1. I bought the Rose sandals because they were more pretty and elegant than most Keen shoes and sandals. I wanted something nice to wear to work with dresses that wouldn't look too sporty. I have bunions and flat feet, so I need super comfy shoes, and I enjoy wearing my Jasper to work with jeans, and my NXIS boots and Astoria West sandals for hiking. Sadly, after wearing the Rose sandals for one day, I couldn't wait to come home and take them off. They're too narrow in the toe box for me, and the straps pinch my bunion which sticks out between them. I had to return them. Keen, please make more pretty shoes that are more comfortable for bunions, with straps placed more sensibly!
