The Keen All-Terrain rubber outsole unit mounted through direct injection moulding forming a low density EVA midsole that provides a high level of underfoot cushioning. The Keen All-Terrain utilises 4mm multidirectional aggressive lugs to provide traction on a variety of terrains. Dual-density PU foam fitted to the footbed for additional arch support for first time hikers. This combined with both the molded collar and cushion panel under the achilles results makes the Terradora Pulse comfortable out of the box. To ensure support for a lightweight boot Keen fitted a ESS shank, that provides structural rigidity.A TPU heel-capture system offers additional stability and reduces the effects of heel lift, one of the primary causes of blisters on the heel.
