My grandson has been running out of space for all his bits and pieces and so I decided to invest in a toy box for him. It fits at the end of his bed and has soft closing hinges for safety sake. I am pleased at how much neater his room is now. The box was delivered on time, in good condition by a polite and friendly young man from Fastway Couriers. This is the second parcel they have delivered to me from interstate on time or early by a friendly and helpful driver. According to my grandson, the only way to make the box better would be to put a decal/s of spiderman on it. B. K SA

Quality is so & so. The hinge to keep the door open doesn't fully opens up on 1 of 2 boxes bought. So I need to hold the door all the time while trying get things in & out, bad

The product overall is great, however the lid of the product was slightly damaged upon opening and instead of being able to replace the part that was damaged I was told to get a white texter to color in the damage or to put a sticker over it to cover the damage & only offered a partial refund after several negotiations.

I love the toy box, it was very easy to put together. The only thing was the company you got to deliver it was shocking.
It arrived damaged with a hole on the front corner. The seller saw it, patched it up badly, waited for it to dry & packed it up to be sent to me. Then had the nerve to offer me $6 discount (after taking out the $20 postage cost) Will never buy from you again.
Permanent water marks on wood on unpackaging. Hinge was faulty and had to buy a new one. Took ages to arrive so just had to get it working. Good size for little ones toys and good height for them to stand at
Good neat toy box. Easy to assemble and pretty sturdy. I just wish it was bigger lol

The fixings don't work and it actually can't be assembled. The chipboard is so flimsy that the fixings can't grip to it and rather than assemble it, it just falls apart when trying to put it together.
Vert easy to assemble, all pieces fit neatly and suits our décor beautifully.
