Having bought these speakers I was very skeptical with all the noise about how great these sound. Having taken the plunge, I was very happy with the results with all types of music thrown at it. They are so worth their asking price for what you get. A very tight sounding speaker that don't sound harsh or dull.

Excellent, numbered special edition in matt black with black speaker cones. The regular version of these speakers have different coloured cones but for people like me who prefer a uniform look these look really cool. They sound fantastic but need a decent amplifier to power them well (I have a vintage meridian amp). Definitely a keeper!

Amazing all in one hifi system! I've tried many speaker amplifier combos over the years and none have soundstaged quite like these. This is simply the cleanest two channel home audio solution there is. DSP makes speaker placement a breeze.

What can I say that hasn't already been said all over the web? Living a relatively minimalist life, I favour quality over quantity and these absolutely tick the box. I don't consider myself and audiophile, but just enjoy listening without distraction and these certain achieve that - in a two box set-up. I've had them set-up raw on a desk, on ISO Acoustics Apertas, and now on the same on top of Dynaudio Stand 6's and they've impressed me in all three set-ups.ATA (Kew East) were accommodating as always, allowing me to audition these and other available speakers in a room full of headphone listeners. I don't live in Melbourne, but always finding myself coming back to these guys time and again for their service and massive range of goods available on hand.
The membrane of the right speaker is damaged with significant sound distortion. I fixed it using elastic meterial and switched the left speaker to be the dominant. The sound now is much better but not perfect as it should be in KEF speakers. You should have repaired it in a professional lab before selling. The estimated cost of such repair is 300-350$.
LS50 W were easy to hook up. Very sensitive to speaker placement. Once you get a feel for how the KEF app works you can fine tweak the sound to your preference. Overall these speakers excel in vocals, strong midrange, wide stereo stage and very revealing of instruments. Bass is adequate and strong depending on the song you are listening to. I purchased the KEF Kube 8B subwoofer to compliment the speakers and provided a more richer overall sound.
These are incredible speakers. Everything you have read about the sound quality is completely accurate.
I purchased these speakers about a month ago. They were fairly simple to set up. They play music from my TV's optical out, my computer's USB B to USB A, wirelessly and bluetooth. There is also a digital coaxial input and two RCA inputs. The speakers are compelling, musical, sensitive, and wonderfully accurate. A friend who usually is fairly disdainful about tech, was absolutely spell-bound by their sound quality. The two apps are as bad as other reviewers have warned. Right now, I'm battling the streaming app, since it doesn't seem to want to recognize the speakers, but the control app does. Clearly, this is a design fail. So, at the moment, I can't stream via bluetooth nor from the wireless. But I have in the past--so, I will continue to fiddle with things. But ... MoreI purchased these speakers about a month ago. It's an ALL IN ONE system--Speakers, amps and DACs, all in one tidy and handsome system. Bravo!
Best little speakers out there for this price. Amazing sound and great wireless features
Weak software. Decent sound, but no room correction. There is a dumb wire between the “wireless” speakers. The remote only goes 6 feet or so. This is like a high end speaker company with no experience in digital IMO.In the end two Sonos ONEs and a Sonos sub sound a bit better. I’m returning these.
