Barely lasted 6 months - both clasp & handle broke. I was super gentle with it; could tell it was flimsy material from when I bought it. Could serve its purpose with only a handful of papers. Separators easily tearable.

You're lucky if these last more than a couple of months, the clips that hold it together just break off after a very short time.
Efficient purchase during Covid but difficult to find item in catalogue re need more associated search terms per product eg expandable alphabetic file etc
We all get the cheap ones that we have to write on, These are super value with the Letters already printed clasp to keep them close. I do a lot of online shopping, so print a lot, then file if needed later. These are perfect for home/office. Highly recommend

I have been using these for years at the office where I work and they are great for storage / use, if you don't have a lot of paper work. If you do, then you must chose the more expensive versions. If you fill till bulging/overflowing then the sides may rip.Highly recommend for small businesses or personal paperwork storage.

So, yes, you can file your A4 documents in this and categorize and label each section. But when picked up by the handle, it pops unlock (and since it is above the ground it opens up completely - don't be surprised if/when all your documents fall out and you have to pick them up and sort them; you have to be quick to catch it when it opens to stop this...If you don't plan on carrying it around often it will be good.
