Cannot get it to connect, cannot find instructions on how to use it. Instructions for set up do NOT come with the product. I read the reviews for the other ones in store but I regret not reading these ones too.

It works fine on a Mac or PC. Launch PowerPoint, plug the wireless dongle into a USB port and turn the slide switch on the left of the remote to ON. It connects automatically to the wireless dongle and responds to the buttons you press. You can't fault it at that price.

Worked well for presenting, happy with the range and the remote functions, however after a few months the USB casing fell apart and is barely holding together with sticky tape. Remote continues to be used but usb connector is nearly dead. You get what you pay for I guess.

I went to store with half mind after reading the review. But the product is really good and worth for the money. laser points more than 10m and other controls also worked as per description. I'm totally satisfied.
I brought this as I need at least 3 meters range when presenting. It says 10mts, it can’t do more than about 1mt! Also, the usb is huge so it sticks out so far from my laptop, aesthetically not great, plus when I pull it out it pulls the electronic board from the black casing so I have to faff around with that every time too. Save your money and invest in something better
Remote works fine, excellent in fact. The frustrating thing is the USB cover always breaks. Sticky taping it together doesnt allow it to be inserted back into the pointer when not in use.It would be great to see a USB cover that doesn't break. Ive ended up buying a number of these, as the other versions are rather pricey. I would be happy to pay a bit more to have a cover that doesnt break.
Unable to use as the range is extremely limited and needs to be pointing directly at it with deliberate pushing of the buttons.
It came with batteries. It worked really well with no setup difficulties.I needed it for remote powerpoint use and it was perfect.
Works well and doesn't have any issues. Works fine as it is intended
I purchased this recently to help me on placement. the laser pointer is weak and the range is awful. not even 5 metres of range which completely defeats the purpose of me not standing behind my computer
