Bed frame was difficult to make . Material is okay. Delivery was a big hassle, as one wooden leg was broken so had to wait 3 weeks for a new one to come in.

I received this bed with the screws that fixe the iron rails on the side of the bed were not attached properly, when I tried to tighten them I discovered that the wood is damaged .I contacted them but they kept stalling & wasting my time asking for more pictures and videos that I had already send , then they said they will send me 20 bucks for the screws but the problem was not the screws it’s their side of the bed they kept on acting like they don’t understand what I’m talking about.Be aware & read the all reviews about this company before , because I didn’t do this before I ordered.

I really love the look and design of this bed, it has beautiful material and the colour was perfect. Sadly the quality is not what I hoped. It was easy to assemble but straight after putting the mattress on and my child sitting on the bed one corner broke. The screws seem to be too short that the chipboard is not very strong to hold weight and I’m guessing it won’t last very long. I know I can’t expect a lot for the price point but I wasn’t expecting it to break immediately. Luckily it could be semi fixed for the short term.
Love our new bed! Sturdy and beautiful!
The green is slightly lighter than it appears I. Some of the photos online which is good. It’s a gorgeous forest green and feels quite sturdy. Great value for money.
This is a well made and really nice bed frame in a lovely dark green velvet. My only criticism is it is not quite long enough to properly fit a good queen size mattress, the width is fine but it needs to be a centimetre or two longer.
As if its not bad enough being sent the half the wrong product, I am now being threatened by the Customer Service agent that if they don't receive the box (they wrongly sent me) back in resellable condition I will be charged a repackaging fee.I would like the goods I have paid for to be dispatched. I have asked the agent to make arrangements for the goods I have paid for to be dispatched, they have not responded to this email which was sent last week.I simply want the goods I have paid for. 1/2 a bed is of no use to anyone. Such a disappointing experience to be sent 1/2 the wrong bed, and then to be in receipt of terrible customer service, it just adds insult to injury.Save your money, Shop elsewhere
Legs broke after about 1 week. Then the centre beam broke. Company were not able to provide replacement parts in a timely fashion. It has taken many emails/calls to get them to agree to a refund and that's only once they get the broken bed back. Avoid.
3 stars to say they are okay for the price. You get what you pay for and they were quite cheap. The main issue was when i went to put the mattess on the frame collapsed because the screws used on one of the beds were the wrong size! Had to go to hardware store to buy longer screws. Luckily no kids were injured. Customer support was very prompt and friendly and apologied. They were obviously willing to send replacement screws but it was too late. No offer of compensation at all, even for my out of pocket purchase of the screws.
