Can connect both A/Cs to the same app and add other family members, hardly use the remote. Got auto fan/ silent /turbo features. Auto function adjust the air flow according to the temperature.Overall very happy with the product.

I like the temperature set display on the unit head. Very quiet and powerful motor. Highly recommend for those areas where a 2.5KW may struggle somewhat. This unit I think would cover 30-35m2 comfortably. Was installed in an outdoor games room whereby room is made of steel...so heats up quickly during summer. This unit does cool it down quickly. Very impressed.

My original unit was replaced under warranty within the first month as it had a rattle in the unit. Not the best start. However the Goodguys organised a replacement quickly and efficiently, and the new unit is great. Cannot complain other than it doesn't auto direct airflow side to side (it's moved by hand only!). I'd say this was a cost saving exercise by the manufacturer. At least it can direct the air up and down automatically which is ok. It's a nice quiet unit, both the inside and outside components. Overall I'm happy with the quality and efficiency of the product, and am very happy with the Goodguys level of service.

LOVE that I can control the system from my phone, I can turn the heater on on my way home from work so its nice and warm when I get home. To me, split systems dont quite pack enough punch and are a bit drying, but I got this one because it has a good environmental rating and does warm up my apartment really well. I also got a significant rebate from the Vic government as part of the home heating and cooling program (I think thats what its called), so definitely look into that!

I have this unit installed in a shed which gets up to 38 degrees when closed up due to a west facing window. This AC brings the temp down to a comfortable level in minutes and the dry mode is great for eliminating humidity without having to engage active cooling. I purchase a Sensibo controller separately as the native app is a little limited for my needs. I guess the best recommendation for this unit is that the installers were impressed with how quiet it is and how well it cools. I'm so thrilled with the difference the split system has made to our living area. Actually, it cools the kitchen and down to the hallway as well. You can even feel the difference when you walk in the front door, when the unit is a couple of bends in walls away from it. It's so effective in making our environment very comfortable during hot weather. We haven't had to use it yet to heat but I'm sure our winter will be comfy cosy. It's far exceeded my expectations!
I was sceptical as to how well the split system would work but it's truly amazing! The remote is easy to use (I didn't even have to read the book, which I always do) and within minutes the area is either heated or cooled effectively. It even reaches further than I would have expected. It's right near our TV and sound system and yet we are hardly aware of it working its magic. I haven't turned our gas central heating or cooling on since the system was installed. I'm more than happy. )
When we purchased the split system we also paid for a standard installation. It was implied this would be $700 and happen within a few days. It took a week for the contractor to visit our house, and then he said it would be an extra $700 ($1400 total) and that it would take at least another week. At this we began looking around for another electrician and found one to do it for $750. We went back to the Good Guys and full credit to them, they immediately refunded us the $700 we had paid them for the installation. So all up it did take much longer than we hoped and it wasn't as smooth as it could have been... but it wasn't awful either.
Hasnt worked since the day it was installed which was months ago. Was installed through the home cooling and heating program. Has an error code and shuts down every few minutes. Installer said its a Kelvinator issue. Placed a complaint with the good guys and no response. Waiting on Kelvinator still as they have no parts in stock.

The back light only works when you press a button and then only for milli-seconds. Really difficult when you don't know what you are doing in the first place. We have tried connecting the unit to the Kelvinator App on my phone at least 20 times, with me checking settings on phone and modem and of course turning Kelvinator unit power off for 15 minutes between each attempt. (A trip around the outside of house each time) Still no success.
