I purchased this as a replacement for an Android based system that had enough issues to warrant a 'downgrade' to a simple no-frills headunit and I've been very impressed. It's been simple to install and use, the bluetooth connection is rock solid, the unit boots up very quickly, it has two bluetooth connections for two separate phones, the LED colours mean you can match with any dash. The external microphone is a directional type which is excellent for reducing car noise when on a call. Sound quality is excellent, miles better than the cheap Android headunit it replaced.

Had this installed in my 2010 Mazda Atenza to replace the old Japanese unit that was in there. Sounds great, better than the old unit, lots of display colours to choose from, dimmer mode for night time driving, steering wheel controls compatible, automatically connects to my Samsung phone consistently when I get in the car. I had a shop install it so can't speak to ease of install. Looks good though finger prints show up on the gloss plastic pretty easily. Would recommend.

Recently bought this for my 2000 VT Commodore, you need 2 extra wire harnesses, APP062 from car harness to APP8KE5 harness which goes to the power socket on the unit. The hands free mic plugs on at the back and it comes with a plastic front piece, but you will need a bracket to fix it all in tight. Set up is easy, have 2 phones Bluetoothed to the unit, it has great sound and looks great. Worth it
Great head unit , suits my requirements for my old Daihatsu, bring it back to modern days sounds and technology. Also enjoy the mic for calls from my phone. 10/10
Bought this for my 98 celica fit in no worries no extra wiring required, color it green and can not tell its a modern piece of technology in a old car which is what i was looking for all around great experience
I'm sure this unit will be fantastic. I haven't put it in the car yet, as the project hasn't been finished. I do have its baby brother single DIN unit in my ute, and I have no problems with it.
These are being sold without remote control but they don't tell you till you complain. The box clearly says remote included. Total pain to set up without it.. It's a month wait to get it from Germany apparently...Still waiting.....apart from that it's ok sounding unit
It wasn’t the unit that was bad, but the service. Before I bought the head unit, I rang Repco to check what other components I would need to buy to fit this head unit into my car. I was told that it would fit right in and nothing was required. I was surprised and later found out that was totally wrong. The extra components I’d need would cost about $200. I was quite angry and returned the head unit.
