This item has some really great features it can be upscaled into a blender mincer and juicer or used for standard mixing e.g cakes and whisking it dough baking.It is ultra light At 3kg and looks stylish on the worktop, fitting snugly in my baking corner, it’s rubber feet stop it sliding around and absorbing the vibrations- making it a safe option.It comes with the splash proof lid and a rubber cover to prevent dust from getting into the components making it a secure option. Apparently it also has an auto cut out function if you lift the lid mid flow-which so wouldn’t do without stopping first.The only downside (and it may only be tiny) is some of the flour did escape out of the bowl when you tip the lid up to remove the plastic guard. I guess once I’ve got the hang of how to lift it without trapping any flour next time- that it would appear to be faultless piece of essential kitchen equipment!Very pleased with this item.

For an entry level machine, I think the Prospero+ is good enough. So far, I have tried blending avocado smoothie with the glass jug, and juicing oranges withe the citrus attachment. Thus far, I am happy with the results. Will be trying the other functions in the coming week. \nIt would have been better if the meat grinder, chopper mill and juicer can be included. But these are nice to have attachments and may not be necessary for everyone. \nDelivery was very fast and efficient, within 3 days of order.\nLastly, thank you seller for the free gift.

Cons: I wish I had been able to access the full information in the user instructions before I bought this. I am disappointed that the whisk attachment for the bowl only whisks liquids (cream or egg white). The k-beater which is for mixing cream and sugar to bake a cake doesn't whisk it as well as my little electric hand whisk and therefore the cakes aren't as light and fluffy - in fact there were lumps of butter after several minutes' mixing, even though I'd left the butter out overnight so that it was soft. Also I had to keep stopping the mixer to get the butter off the sides of the bowl as it was just spread out and stuck to the sides. Very disappointed and would have liked to return it, but unable to as I didn't know all this until I'd used it.

Good Points: Compact and easy to useImprovement Points: I previously had the Prospero model - with this being the Prospero+, I thought this would be a step up. Instead, it feels far more plasticy and cheap, there’s no cable tidy inside the base, so the cable can’t be put away, and the attachments don’t reach all the sides and bottom of the bowl, so you have to scrape everything down much more. Doesn’t make much sense to me why a “Plus” model would actually be a downgrade - unfortunately, the standard Prospero model is no longer available, otherwise I would have gone with that. Pros: I use this stand-alone mainly for bread making and kneading and it does the job perfectly.Cons: Sometimes while kneading, the machine head will vibrate and bounce. This is mentioned in the operating instructions so I tend to reduce the speed of the dough hook which evens out these vibrations.
