Pros: Ease of use, fantastic results from a simple Victoria sponge to bread making. Very little effort to make but amazing results. The scales are VERY accurate and easy to use.Cons: Where the dials for the scales are there is a ridge all the way round which can easily get ingredients wedged in but difficult to clean throughly out. Also the plate to prevent flour dust etc coming out though an excellent idea is a little flimsy and could break fairly easily especially in less careful hands!! But really this is nit picking an otherwise excellent machine!!

I decided to upgrade my old Kenwood chef of 12 years as I needed something with a bit more welly and a bigger bowl. I'm very happy with my new machine. The bonus of added weighing scales really helps. It's taller than my old Chef Premier, has a bigger motor and amazingly quieter! There are two bowls and four attachments included. I make a lot of cakes as I make professional celebration cakes and I can get a 20 egg sponge mix in here comfortably! It's certainly cut down my workload. I nearly went for the next model up with heated bowl and glad now I went with this after reading poor reviews. I would definitely recommend this mixer, the ordering online was easy and I chose named day delivery with DPD at checkout all arrived promptly and with care. Happy Baking!!

I previously had the Kenwood Chef Titanium which I bought about 15 years ago. I decided to upgrade to this model. The weighing and timer feature are great and the extra bowl is useful. However I've found that the performance does t match my previous machine. I had less than a kilo of mixture (creaming butter and sugar) and the machine was moving around so much it nearly moved off the work surface. The bowl handle sticks out at an angle in any of its positions. When issuing the beater it doesn't thoroughly mix and a lot of ingredients stays on the beater. The whisk seems to push mixture up the bowl and a large percentage of the mixture stays above the whisk.

Received this as a gift. Has a quality build and subtly elegant. The accessories have good finishing even the plastic lid has a decent heft and doesn't feel flimsy.The best thing about it since I have chemical sensitivity ... there were barely any fumes upon unboxing and nothing a good wipe down and cleaning as per manual couldn't take care off. In the past we had ordered the KitchenAid but had to send it back due to excessive paint fumes even after a week reckon the units for The EU segment don't use odourless paint like the US. Having said that I have used this mixer a few times now and so far very pleased with the results. Pros: This is a fantastic product where you can bake as a family and have fun with the children, it’s easy to use and does everything it says it will, it’s a fantastic brand and I would highly recommend it. The built in weighing function saves time and also economical as no extra weighing scales/bowls are needed so saves time and money washing up. Tested the weighing tool using regular kitchen scales and it is exact and precise. Everything needed is in the box you can also purchase other items, which I definitely intend to do. The machine itself is very quiet compared to other mixers, very happy customer.Cons: No complaints, 10/10, 100% fit for purpose

As an avid baker this has massively reduced my prepping time, I recently made a 4 tier cake and the difference doing manually to using this was astounding. The power behind the machine is brilliant, the fact that there are two mixing bowls included was really efficient- I used one for icing and the other for the cake mix and just reserved for later. There is a lock option too when you raise the mixer up to add ingredients which I didn't realise until using for the second time which is helpful so there is plenty of space to add ingredients without it affecting the weight of the ingredients. I previously had a Kenwood kMix (which never seemed to mix that well). I've now had/used this mixer for 5 months and it's brilliant. The whisk attachment is great - beats all the mixture from the (very) bottom of the bowl. The engine is super powerfu/quiet and the integrated scales and 2nd bowl is so useful. The only thing I find I don't need is the plastic guard.Quite an expensive purchase but definitely worth the splurge!Highly recommend.
