Pros: Prefer the way the units go together to my previous blender. Attachments are all good.Cons: It doesn’t blend as finely as my previous blender, this is particularly noticeable when making soup.

The blender operates well enough but the plastic parts are of poor quality. The blender attachment no longer fastens to the motor after the blender was knocked from its upright position and the small plastic fasteners inside the blender attachment broke. It was the first time I used it.

I upgraded to this set from the Triblade version as it looked a bit more robust but I now find the other model better. The potato masher works really well with the metal blade, but the blade but is VERY difficult to remove to clean, and the unit kept dislodging from the motor as I was mashing. The plastic jug also doesn’t come with a lid like the other model, which I found quite handy to store food in.
This is a great purchase. Great brand, reliable and has all the necessary attachments. Use it often. Cleans up great in the dishwasher.

Great little unit with various fittings. Quiet enough and the larger motor lasts well, no burning smell after minimal use. I use the hand blender to puree soups, whisk sauces and whip cream. The food processor works well for making dips from beans, avocado, etc.
Upgraded from our dead one that was like 8 years old… god, should have done it sooner. This thing is SO quiet and is so much better then our original one. Love it. Cannot live without a stock blender.Only negative was that the old one had a plastic foot with metal blades for soup etc that we could use in non stick pots and pans… this one is only metal, so you need to take care.
Cons: Could do with the machine staying on when you press it not having to hold it. I have arthritis so means can’t always use the aching as it needs constant pressure to use it
