Exactly what I was looking for and needed. I needed something to store the cushions and pillows for my deck furniture. This deck box is exactly what I needed.I have 4 thick chair seat cushions, a thick bench cushion, and 4 small pillows, and I still have about 20% of the box left open.Several things to be made aware of regarding the material and construction of this box, as well as what it takes to put this box together.1. It comes with instructions, but I really didn’t need the instructions because I was able to “snap” the pieces together simply by observing what pieces were obviously the top, bottom, front, back, sides etc. I less than 10 minutes to take the pieces out of the box and snap them all together. NO TOOLS needed!3. All of the piece’s “snap” together, including the two small roller wheels (that you can place on the bottom of the box on either side, making it easier to move the box around), as well as 4 plastic pieces that go on the back side of the box to hide openings in the box that gets created by the plastic molds at the factory.I saw several reviews for this box where people purchased it to store heavy items, and/or wanted to be able to move the box around with heavier items inside. If that’s what you’re in need of, this box isn’t for you.Because of its lightweight plastic construction, it will work perfectly for storing “lightweight" items (inside or outside of your house). Items that you need to store or hide away for periods of time throughout the year.

We ordered 3. One for front porch for parcel deliveries to be out of sight if we were out and about. And then put 2 on either ends of back porch for odds and ends storage. Easy to pop together. We got the dark grey its almost a black grey... out kitties like sitting on the one's on the porch. We have had the thru the Spring, Summer and Fall and they still look brand new.My only issue is I decided I wanted another set and now they don't have the same color in this size to match the last ones I bought.Second, the shipping issues mentioned in alot of post would be avoided if the inside had cardboard corner wraps on each corner 3" would be a simple, cheap way to protect the corners.Of the 3 we purchased the boxes all looked like they had been dropped from the moon ... MoreWe ordered 3. Our outside corners did look very rough. On a positive note we were Very Lucky that we DID NOT have any inside damage to any of the 3 we purchased.

Living in New England we have an array of weather changes needing multiple items. In the winter we constantly use Shovels, Salt, Scrapers, and much more. My entry looked a mess all the time. We’d even have said items organized. However after shoveling in the snow and wind the last thing I was going to say was pick everything up. This Keter 71 Gallon Outdoor Deck Box is awesome. Everything fits in while still being quite roomy. As seasons change so will the items. My guests will never know what’s what. We also use it as a seat to put on a change of shoes or Boots.Spring brings flowers, warmth and sun. Living very near the ocean it also brings boogie boards, floats, and toys galore. I saw the Keter deck box on sale last week and couldn’t resist buying it. The box it comes in is big but the product is fairly light, only 18lbs. Assembly is super easy with only 5 quick steps. No tools needed, you basically snap the sides bottom top in. If you buy this and look on the pieces for a sticker with the part number, there are none. The numbers are etched on the inside of each panel. I really liked that, no need to try and peel off annoying stickers. A few areas of the box were a little difficult to snap sides on, but I found if you turn the whole box on the opposite side you can apply a little pressure till you hear the pieces “snap” together. Very pleased with the Keter 270L storage Box i purchasedI had just finished my Deck, needed a Storage Box when this one popped up from Trade Tested.The Box arrived yesterday & I snapped it together in about 5 minutes! Very Simple Instructions & no Tools necessary!! It almost fell together on its own, once I laid out the parts.Quite ingenious design & a lot larger than i imagined from the Advertisement!I've purchased other items in the past from Trade Tested and found them fairly priced and a good quality, so that's what prompted my purchase for the Storage Box,You just hit the top of my Trusted Companies List for online purchases!!! Awesome for apartment living

I've had mine since 2020 and its been a life saver for small apartment living in the Auckland CBD. Tip for new buyers, its common for plastics to have some left over flashing. You may need to trim them off to get that perfect snap when assembling.Fits comfortably in the balcony of the three apartments I've lived in. Being able to sit on it means I don't feel like I've lost useable space on the balcony. Looks as good as the day I bought it. I've lost the wheels but thats just what happens when moving apartments. Will be buying a second one to replace my Keter Hollywood box which hasnt fared as well as this one.

Does the job…but not as sturdy as it looks

The pieces that make up the walls of the box are rather thin and not as robust as it looks and sounds when described. The walls seem thin and almost flimsy when you unbox it. It does click together easily as promised …but one also wonders how long those wee connections will last. Once together the construction does firm itself up somewhat and it does do the job as an outdoor storage box and it looks good. I have decided to just use it to hold outdoor cushions and light stuff. I caught my 8 and 6 year old playing inside a couple of weeks ago… I don’t think that it will last long at all if they do that so it is off limits now as a play area. It remains to be seen if it will last the length of its warranty

Very pleased with this. It arrived well packaged, and was pretty simple to assemble - tip: read the instructions first. While the components might at first seem flimsy, once assembled it is solid and robust. It looks good - the colour and design means it is not a feature, yet it does look good without demanding attention. And - it works! It is totally waterproof, and I can keep fertilisers, gloves and small garden implements in there safely and tidily. It holds more than you think it might... Bonus - it can hold the spare gas bottle for the BBQ comfortably as well. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Bought this thinking it would be a nicer way to keep water cooler bottles hidden and out of the way. After all, a 485-pound weight capacity should be more than enough. After assembling the flimsy box I see the instructions state the 485lb limit is for objects on top of the box, The interior capacity is only 60lbs. Very disappointed at this flagrant omission. Would have gotten another product had I been aware, but it's already assembled and likely can't be returned that way, so we'll see how it holds up. Also worth noting, each side of the box is very light and surprisingly flexible, especially the bottom. Joints are just clipped into place.
