Kettle Chips Lightly Salted 150g

Have always loved Kettle Crisps, but with the price increasing and packet size reducing, will give them a wide berth. Use to be 150gm packs, now 130gms. The smaller packs have also gone up is price with the bag size dropping to 25gm per pack x 5

Bitter taste

I didn’t like these crisps. They have a bitter after taste. I tried a handful each day for 3 days then threw the rest away. I think they are too heavy with oil too, that’s why they are semi-translucent and heavy. But I threw them away because of their bitter taste. Much prefer a well known brand of ordinary crisps. I won’t buy again.

Crunchy Crisps

I bought these crisps on an offer to try them out and found them mostly still intact due to the extra air in the bag, with a good level of salt and very crunchy. I probably wouldn't buy them again due to the crunchiness, I prefer the lighter texture of Walkers crisps.

Nice crisps

These are tasty crisps and with less salt. It's a shame that customers don't have a salt optional choice. Walkers do a salt and shake option but they seem to be the only ones.

Not so nice

The crisps may be lightly salted, but they are still too greasy. M&S manufacture low fat crisps, why not other brands?

Over salted different on my packet than on the web

I am really disappointed by how salty these are. I have to have a low salt diet so I chose LIGHTLY salted. I was surprised how salty they tasted. On your website it says 0.3g per 100g which is low, on my packet it says 0.9 g salt per 100g which is not. If fact it is higher than Kettle's regular salted.

Do they think we haven't noticed their cynical reduction in pack size and price increase? Pull your socks up Kettle!

USED to be great

These crisps are now (always) very stale tasting, despite being in date. Also a lot thinner and machine made quality than they used to be. Surprised we've all just accepted the "new and improved" version. Bring back the great Kettles please

strange bitter taste

Some tasted bitter, others very oily but tasteless. Used to really like this so Im puzzled.

whats happened?

The lightly salted crisps used to be super crunchy and very moreish- these were odd- had a peculiar taste - were slightly stale? And ended up in the bin. Easy decision not to repurchase
