The keyboard won’t hold charge. Please organise a return and send out a new one. Very disappointed

As my first modern mechanical keyboard (I was using an original IBM Model M), it has been an absolute joy to use. Quieter than the IBM, while still retaining good key feedback via the brown switches.

Got the barebones keyboard to replace my current work keyboard. It arrived several days before the keycaps or switches, so I'm pretty happy with the delivery times!I've flashed a QMK firmware so it will work nicely with my RGB. I do wish it had openRGB/signalRGB or another option provided out of the box, so it would work with wireless as well.It was easy to put in more layers of foam dampening and I'm looking forward to using it soon!!!

This sounds so good, and I love all the connectivity options for it. I will be keeping this keyboard for a long time.
The keyboard feels and sounds amazing and had fast shipping with very good service via email
This is my first mechanical keyboard, and I LOVE it! The feel is lovely, it makes the best sound with little to no echo, the spacebar is a lot deeper then the other keys. The RGB is great, there's loads of options already loaded and you can have it at a static colour and be able to change it (even to white). The hot swappable feature is great if I want to change my keys out for something better in the future. The battery life is good enough for me, only having to charge it once a week for about 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this keyboard for anyone looking for a good wireless keyboard.
I love it, feels absolutely fantastic to type on, super happy!
