Not a coffee drinker but love freshly ground spices. The Delonghi was very easy to use & ground my chillis beautifully.

Pros: To be fair, within its limitations, it does grind the coffee beans adequately.Cons: Unfortunately, actually using the machine exposes its fundamental problem - the seal at the top, which is meant to seal the griding bowl, is a woeful design. The ground coffee escapes from the machine, jamming the bowl and when you do get it off, the ground coffee goes all over the worktop / floor.Also the shiny appearance of the machine lasts about 2 minutes once you've used it as the ground coffee is very abrasive and causes scratches on the plastic casings.Inexplicably, all the reviews on the website are positive, although if you dig a bit further on the internet, my experience seems to be typical.

- Contents of grinder gets stuck where it shouldn’t be and there is no way of cleaning it out- Lid requires a bit of pressure to push down (definitely not ideal if you’re older or have arthritis).- The blades seem to to throw more contents up rather than grind, making for a very uneven grind.- Doesn’t seem to be able to do small or large quantities very well.Pros - Looks good.
Pros: Sleek design although larger than my previous grinderCons: Very, very stiff to operate. Needs quite some force to start. And now with arthritis had to send back.

Its very messy after I used it and it already have the coffee stain remaining on the cover and everywhere that I could not get rid off. Very difficult to clean even the cup is removable.

This grinder makes an absolute mess. You can’t take the lid off after grinding without losing a ton of grounds that end up on your counter
