The glass is lovely, great size too. Quite heavy. But the lid and tap and very fiddly and it’s difficult to get it to seal closed. It kept leaking for a while then it was ok. The metal on lid is flimsy and the rubber to seal is rubbish.

As much use as a chocolate fire guard. No matter how securely you try to put the top on, the seal is shoddy and not fit for purpose. Tap also keeps coming unsecured. Very glad I tested over sink first. Not the quality I would expect from Kilner, and an absolute waste of money.

I received this fridge dispenser this morning. Cleaned it and filled with juice and popped it in the fridge. I closed the fridge gently to check there were no obstructions and as I opened it again the whole lid popped off along with the entire contents of the dispenser.I think the fridge door may have been pushing on the tap, affecting the vacuum seal.I was hoping to be able to use it daily but I don't trust it not to happen again so it's now going to be for parties when we fill it with drink and ice and leave it on a counter top for people to help themselves.
I was extremely happy when received washed and filled with water straight away. The morning after I found a small puddle in my fridge, it was leaking. I have tried multiple ways to tighten etc the lid and it still continues to leak. Very disappointed.
Not a very good design and cheaply made. The spout isn’t at the bottom of the unit, so you don’t get all of the water out before the spout stops. Mine also leaks through the cheap thin lid. I’m returning mine
Would have been perfect for my small fridge but leaked everywhere very disappointed
Tried everything to stop these leaking, ended up changing the lids and using for food storage
No seal whatsoever on the lid so just leaks water everywhere would make a nice jar but unusable as advertised
Bought this recently to encourage me to drink more water but the lid is flimsy and constantly drips
