I can't believe how comfortable this keyboard is. I have had RSI for years, and the symptoms went down a lot within one week. Get the VIP package too. The lifters increase the comfort a lot.

As many others have written, I don't know why this ships separately. Probably to make the price of the keyboard seem lower. It works really well, though. Just be aware that it raises the keyboard, and might therefore change the ergonomics of your desk height.
Took 5 minutes to get use to it :)
I have noticed this really helps my wrist pain. I have no pain when I'm typing on a keyboard with this Accessory kit
