I’ve used King Arthur products for years, and think they have the best flours. I particularly like mixing their rye flour and ap flour to make a starter. The breads I make come out more flavorful because of the rue in the starter. Since this is medium rye, the taste is not as harsh as dark rye, and I actually wouldn’t describe it as harsh at all. It truly is mild.

I am really happy with the taste and quality of the ingredients. I use it to make bread with a mixture of flaxseed and bread flour. I have found some great rye recipes to use and will be a frequent purchaser of this flour!

I love the King Arthur family of products. I typically use their organic bread flour in my sour loaves and pizza dough. A little bit of this rye mixed in is great for adding depth of flavor and strengthening the structure of your crumb. Good deal too

Recipe was not diffuclt to follow, a few ingredients - and one can eat easily half a loaf of this bread... I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
