Great idea, but poor quality. Had one small hole in one corner (at least) where the floor joins 2 walls, and the seams are not sealed properly. Woke up to a puddle of water on the floor soaking into clothing etc inside (probably partly due to condensation, as it is single layer).I would be happy to pay extra for better quality, as integrated hub with the gazebo is a great idea.Only suitable as a weather shelter during the day together with the gazebo, but not as a tent.

Frame sturdy… our button was missing on first try- couldn’t put the gazebo up properly. Return was a nightmare as this was deemed a minor problem- handed a replacement leg and told I would have to replace myself- service beyond poor.Tent roof is noticeably poorer quality from previous Kings gazebos. Thin fabric and weaker/thinner straps at attachment points.

The item is very sturdy which also means a little on the heavy side. The canvas is heavy duty and was able to withstand strong winds and had no condensation on the inside while raining or after.We got the side walls to go with the Gazebo. The side walls are a bit too small. The velcro straps are stretched to the limit between the legs and the tie ups ripped off while putting the side on first go.Hopefully this is something they will look at in the future.

Good reliable gazebo for its price. We had a few issues with our 3x3 so decided to try once more with the bigger one this time. Good size and waterproof. Only issue was that we didn't get any pegs or guy ropes with ours and had to make our own and also, if you want the bag, which is needed, you have to puchase at an extra cost as this one doesn't come with it...Still waiting to hear if we will be supplied some pegs and guy ropes.

Product was set up for the first time and was up for 3 nights. Set up correctly, no wind over our trip and some rain on the last night. When packing up noticed tears in the stitching of both corners of the side of hub that attaches to gazebo. I have tried to log into my account to address this, however, at every attempt over a period of a week I have tried to reset my password it says "There was an error sending the password reset request. Please try again"

Erected the gazebo for the first time out of the box and added party lights. Started raining, left it for a few hours and came back to find canopy heavily pooled with water so that the entire frame bent, snapped and collapsed. There’s no warranty due to a disclaimer on the box saying not to let water pool in the canopy. All that $$$ down the drain and not one use for a party.

In principle it’s just ok. It wasn’t waterproof due to bad workmanship especially where the sides were sewn onto the floor. You can see daylight through the stitching and there were folds where it was not sewn properly. The front is not waterproof at all as it’s meant to be under the gazebo. So do not free stand this without the gazebo. There is no flap over the zipper.

We were first interested in getting a much bigger gazebo to fit the bigger size gazebo hub. But because we had already got a smaller gazebo, we decided to keep on looking around Supecentre and we came across this gazebo hub. We picked this one because it is good enough for a couple of people. Our girls already have their swags and thought that getting a hub is a good idea. This also cuts down our cost as we managed to get a few other bits and pieces.

Owned it for 10 days first rain filled with water and buckled under the weight. Warranty department didn’t ring back and have been told that you are not to leave it untended at any time. So no leaving the camp I guess while camping. Total waste of money better off with oztrail. I have put in a complaint to fair trade. The more people that put in a complaint the harder it will be for them to brush claims off.

This Gazebonis massive and much bigger than the 3x3 when it's up.We had this up for my daughters birthday and it was 35 degrees and sunny.The shade was great and size was perfect for all of us to be protected from the sun.The only downside is that 2 of us ( me and my 13 yr old daughter) had a hard time putting it up by ourselves the first time out of the box. It got much easier the next time though.
