Especially convenient during travel. Made of plastic and metal, it is lightweight, and easy to move about. The size is perfect. It easily fits in your bag without taking up room. This comes with a 12” usb-c to usb-c cable, and a stretchy rubber protection sleeve that is removable. The sleeve slips on/off easily, and provides protection from big dust particles, wind, rain, dirt etc. This little, convenient SSD performs well.

This portable external drive is just what I needed to back up pictures from my laptop. 500GB holds a lot of pictures, and the pictures transferred super fast! It’s very compact – smaller than the size of a credit card. And it's easy to use, just plug in and drag files over. The rubber sleeve helps protect it and makes it less likely to slip from my hands – it appears to be very durable! Great product!

I am really enjoying this xs2000! More so then any other as I have had. The speed, resolution, no interruptions.... just everything about it! I feel like it is the luxury model in its field! I also love how portable it is and that I can use it with my phone or pc. It comes with a nice sleeve and resist water and dust which makes it perfect for vacations, on site photo shoots just everything really! I say if you are on the fence go ahead and spend a little extra and get this one you won’t be disappointed!

Even though my old laptop doesn't include a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 port, it still works quite efficiently and incredibly fast (although not at full capacity). I figured I'd be getting a new laptop soon, thus my reason for overlooking the small weakness now. I like the small size for portability. It can go anywhere I do without the extra space and weight. The removable rubber sleeve is also a plus as I need extra protection from all the stuff in my handbag. Enough said, it's a little giant packed with power.
I am very happy with the external ssd both for portable storage and as a backup device. I typically keep it connected to my desktop for automatic backups. Its small size means it takes up very little space on my desk. When I need to bring files with me, I put on the rubber protective cover (the inclusion of which is a very nice touch) and put it in my laptop bag. It is so much smaller and lighter than my old external hard drive that it is much more convenient for traveling. In fact, it is small enough that I could even keep it in my pocket. File transfers are quick when attached to the USB 3.0 ports on my computer (although it also supports USB 3.2).
I love my Kingston SSD XS2000. It's small, portable, and durable, measuring approximately 1.5" w by 3" long. Plus it's featherlight. It kind of feels like a USB drive.Plug and Play. Compatible with Mac & PC.I use it to store all of my work-related documents that I need on the go.The rubber protective cover is great for minimizing shocks that could damage it when traveling.It comes with a USB 3.2 Type C cable and the transfer speed is fast!I highly recommend this SSD drive by Kingston.
This SSD is super convenient. It’s super lightweight and fits perfectly in my pocket. I transferred probably 12000 photos and decently sized videos onto this SSD within just a couple of minutes. It barely made a dent in the overall storage of the device. Although made of plastic it is super durable and came with a bumper case in the package. It definitely fits my needs and I am very happy with the quality of this SSD.
