I've always been a fan of Kingston RAM, 3600Mhz is the sweet spot for most systems, and 32GB is plenty for most applications, especially gaming/streaming.The big plus for me is this kit has no RGB which for someone who has their PC in their room is a must as RGB can be distracting when still illuminated when the PC is in sleep mode.Otherwise it's the same Kingston RAM, no need to tweak any settings if you don't want to, just enable XMP and it's ready to go.
