I love this tea of an evening with a drop of lemon or honey, the taste is intense but does depend on how long it brews for. I often am able to get two cups from the same bag although I do need to be careful that the bag doesn’t rip. So calming for me!

My husband and I have given up caffeine and we really enjoy this as a coffee replacement. We enjoy it with a touch of honey for sweetness with a dash of almond milk. Delicious

It is good for stomach and gallbladder/liver however for someone who doesn't like the flavour of coffee I found it quite strong. It took a bit to get used to it.

I had to quit coffee some years ago for health reasons. This is now my go to substitute and I love adding coconut milk. It's great for digestion a meal too. Fabulous!
While trying to reduce the amount of coffee I drink, I purchased this to drink as a tea with milk. I didn't love it, so now I open a sachet and blend the contents in a smoothie with nut mylk, banana and dates! Super!

i'm not the biggest fan of the taste, however, you get used to it after a while. I use it to reduce my daily intake of coffee as it does work!
