I started taking this product to see if it would help my thin hair and paper thin nails with the thought that if any of the other benefits happened, I’d be quite pleased. I have been off it for a week just because I forgot to reorder it, and my skin is dry from the cold weather and breaking out in hives due to the dryness. It helps a lot. I just personally hate that I have to take 6 tablets. I already take regular medications. When I went to Saint Thomas, I had to order an XL pill holder literally just because of these collagen pills. My boss takes these exact pills and also noted that it was a pain to take 6 and have to travel with these. IF YOU WORKOUT: I workout to build muscle and I Had no idea that collagen helped muscle growth. You can find studies on this online so do your research!! If you are elderly or middle aged. I recommend taking 10-15 pills a day instead of six. Do your own research as well because the more the better the older you get. As for the pills themselves: make sure you take them on an empty stomach as I heard someone else say you need your stomach acid to break them down. I take mine in the morning before I eat or at night before I go to bed. I seriously recommend drinking them with juice or tea or coffee any flavored drink of your choice because the taste is putrid and taking them with a flavored drink completely eradicated that problem. It will be difficult to take down the first day or two as you are not used to taking so many pills at once but after a couple days it’ll be no big deal at all.

I have been recently diagnosed with Pityriasis Rosea, so I’m taking this along with Vitamin E, Vitamin D3, and Iron pills I bruise easily to help with the healing process for my scars as well as a possible iron deficiency, and collagen restoration. Pityriasis rosea has been hell!!! I feel incredibly insecure so, I’ve been trying to change my daily habits in regards to eating and my vitaminintake. I haven’t needed to take Benadryl since!!! I’m currently on a weight loss journey. I bought this to try to help my skin stay tight as I’ve already lost 70 pounds and plan to lose another 75 or so.The first two weeks I didn’t notice much, but this week out of nowhere I realized that my once dry, ashy skin is suddenly tighter, smoother, brighter, and more even. Even my tattoos that always look somewhat faded and ashy are so much brighter and the lines look crisper. I’m so excited.
