Kit: - All Body Dry Brush

Imagine this: You’ve used your dry body brush and exfoliated the dead/dry skin, you have a nice warm & relaxing shower or bath with some candles, you shave your legs, get out and moisturise your body, put on your favourite pyjamas, and get into bed and watch movies with a warm heat pack and you can just feel how smooth and soft your legs are and everything’s so clean. I love this brush, it's a good size, the bristles are firm but not too firm and my skin has felt amazing since I started using it. I even got hubby onto dry brushing before a shower.

My friend told me to try out the body brushing, I’ve heard a lot of about it so I decided to give it a try, i found the bristles to be quite sharp/hard on my skin compared to other brushes but definitely provides a great skin buff, although I would do it everyday. As for the lymphatic drainage I can’t say I’ve seen much of a difference in fluid retention in my skin… however it’s definitely smoother and no dry patches.
