Coarse: Aggressive sharpening to set the edge. Usually, 3 to 4 strokes is all it takes. Fine: Light honing used for polishing and finishing the edge. Excellent for maintaining already sharp blades. Use to sharpen Serrated knives. 2. Insert knife blade into the appropriate sharpening slot at a 90 degrees angle to the sharpener. 3. Press down with moderate pressure and pull the knife blade through the sharpening slot from heel to tip. 4. Repeat this action until the blade is sharp. Care & Use: Always clean your sharpener after use. Clean with a damp cloth or mild brush. Do not rinse with water. |
