I have wanted a yellow Kitchen Aid Mixer for years now and finally I am making soufflés, pastry and pavlovas that have been just beautiful. This kitchen aid mixer does mix better than any other electric beaters, whisks and mixers I’ve ever had.
I bought this just before Christmas and the slicer attachment sliced our potatoes so thinly and evenly for our Christmas potato bake! We made coleslaw with ease. Since then, we have made pizza dough, gingerbread, cookies, cakes. I have been wanting one of these machines for years and when I saw this retro blue on special I ordered it immediately. It goes with the toaster, kettle and everything in the kitchen. I leave it out as a centrepiece. Many appliances I hide in cupboards but not the Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer.

I am very excited to have my mixer. I use these products at work and they are amazing. I am glad I got the smaller bowl though because a lot of your household cake recipes the quantity is to small for the normal bowl. The rose colour looks amazing on my bench and you don’t need to drag out a mixer from a cupboard..
