We have had this wonderful beauty in our kitchen for just a couple of weeks and already we would not change that for the world! The time this gorgeous piece of machinery saves and the things you can create are fantastic. Already we have produced wonderful desserts including sticky date puddings and salted caramel ice cream.......and the pasta is to die for. All created in a fraction of the time. With a house full of four girls, time is of the essence and young mouths aren't as patient on the waiting for delectable morsels to appear in front of them. Everything is so easy to operate. The fittings are easily changed in the nick of time. They are also easily cleaned. It mixed the Christmas pudding without showing any signs of a struggle - that’s a dense fruity mixture and a large quantity!The capacity is more than enough for everything I’ve made so far, and I can’t wait to use it more over the holidays with my son.The colour is gorgeous in my kitchen, and I loved the free engraving option for something a little special to make it feel bespoke and personal. After years of contemplating and researching I finally saved up and bought my KSM192 and I absolutely love it! It's so easy to use and means I can be cleaning up my kitchen while it does its thing. Multi tasking for the win! Everyone who's eaten my baked goods since I got it have commented on how smooth they taste and I can only attribute it to the mixing quality. Plus the Birds of Paradise colour is absolutely gorgeous. I had a hard time picking which one because they're all beautiful! This is a dream come true and will definitely take my baking to the next level.

I purchased online when there were fantastic sales discounts available. I have wanted one for many years and finally my original (other brand) mixer gave up. The kitchenaid is quieter, and heavier so it doesn't 'walk' around the bench. The colour range is out of this world and my new pistachio mixer looks fabulous. No longer will my mixer be hidden away in a cupboard. It has its own place on display forever. I had mine engraved and I am totally in love with it!! The only negative was that it took 3.5 weeks to be delivered by Aust Post.

Since I store my Kitchenaid in a cupboard it can be quite difficult and heavy to lift the product on the bench or move it around. However, upon using it, I realised that it can't do some of the cakes I used to make using food processor. So some learning curves. Still experimenting this appliance by making different sorts of cakes and cookies. Some worked, but some not as handy as by using food processor. For example, when making ginger cake, I need to chop the stem ginger into very small & fine pieces beforehand, or buy the already chopped ones. (I know! This is a mixer, and it can't chop!!) Got my first ever KitchenAid a month ago as an early birthday present. I chose the KSM192 model as it was the newest and only one available in the Lavender Cream. I would have bought the more expensive KSM195 one, but it didn't come in this colour. Absolutely love it, I am not a hardcore baker, but I love making a cake or two and she's so beautiful on my bench! I'm a little concerned about the noise it makes on setting number 2, which seems to stop as I increase the speed... but not sure how to manage that. Would have loved a more comprehensive manual, and cannot find one online. Maybe it's too new? My bowl has a slight scratch/chip right out of the box, but it's so minor I felt like I was being too picky!
