Bought the processor direct from KitchenAid and it was delivered in a flash, well a few weeks. We use a lot of garden parsley in tabbouleh, But due to arthritis in my wrist chopping was becoming difficult. The 9 cup food processor made it a breeze along with grating carrots and other vegetables to make soup in a flash.Wash up is so easy with the bowl and blades being able to go on the top shelf of the dishwasher and the components all store in the bowl. Easy to use, easy to wash and easy to store, what more can I say.

I bought this food processor to replace an old kitchen aid food processor that I could no longer use because the bowl was cracked. I have a kitchen aid stand mixer that I love so was happy to purchase kitchen aid again. I am very disappointed with this machine. It is cheaply made, poorly designed and not fit for purpose. The bowl and lid locking mechanisms are clunky and hard to use compared to the old twist lock lid and bowl. It is lightweight and plastic, feels like a toy. I tried to process canned chickpeas in it to make hoummus, something I have done with ease countless times with my old processor. Great quality KitchenAid food processor.The silver colour looks great and compliments our modern kitchen and appliances.Chops and slices vegetables efficiently and equally. Have also used it as a meat mincer and performs very well.The processor plastic bowl is excellent quality; it feels sturdy and extremely durable.The feed tube is a bit on the small side, however the tighter fit ensures even slicing.All slicing and chopping blades store conveniently in the bowl when not in use. However it is a bit of a hassle having to take them all out one by one every use.Overall great sized food processor. It's slim, tall design makes it compact enough to sit on your kitchen counter without compromising performance.

Purchased a few weeks ago off the back of my own research, and I will say 100% this processor does not disappoint! I have so far used to shred cabbage, slice vegetables, create a cheesecake base and make dough - 10/10 for ease of use and best of all, so so easy to clean!!! Id also add it’s a great size (family of 4) and powerful without being rough and noisy - seriously vegetables are shredded/slices so efficiently and not bruised in the process - still crisp and perfect. Highly recommend this product and very happy with the purchase!
I have been previously using a multi-purpose kenwood mixer I got from Kmart for $70. Im a big home cook and needed a bigger food processor so purchased this. I had always been under the assumption kitchen aid was a quality brand. This food processor is absolute trash. Cant cut anything properly. Struggles with super basic mixing/chopping, the engine overheats super fast and the result is terrible. My multi mixer did a much, much better job. I genuinely can't believe this is sold at this price. Save your money, this machine is horrific. Im super disappointed because I was planning to get a kitchen aid stand mixer, but this worked so poorly, I got the kenwood, which is brilliant. Please do not buy. Trust me. Disappointment does not cover it. $240 down the drain.

I have enjoyed using Kitchen Aid food processors for years at work and was excited to finally get a smaller model for home.But this model struggles to process even the softest of foods consistently which is odd because the base is a relatively similar size to the regular model.It’s unfortunate because even though they produced a smaller, cheaper model I trusted the brand would maintain the quality I had seen in other machines, this is not the case.The motor is noisy and struggles to produce any power and the blades are both cheap and blunt straight out of the packet.It appears Kitchen Aid have attempted to maximise profit through producing a cheaper model with low quality materials.Save up your money and purchase something you won’t be disappointed with.
I bought this food processor about 5 weeks ago. It is so easy to use and it does what it says it will, effectively. Biscuit base and coleslaw in a matter of minutes! I love how it stores all its blades within the unit. I don't have to go scrambling through a drawer for all the bits! I was sad when my old faithful stopped working - the KitchenAid unit is a worthy successor.
Bought this after hearing so many good reviews from customers. Making my life easy and quick. Meat shreads so well with controls. Idea of keeping all blades in the machine is a amazing idea. Keeps everything at one place. Detaching and cleaning is easy. Just the cable should have been a bit more longer.
Very good product for food prepare.I like to slice feature for quickly preparing for carrot and potato. This product can using for slice very thin meat for hot pot.Besides, using this can do a better potato mash than a normal smasher. It can easily find the different more smoother.I tried with the function to make meat ball. The meat ball tastes different with a normal meat grinder because the meat is cutted and taste better.As a suggestion, if the base from this machine can be used as a blender base, it will save more space and give a better family choice.
