We are obsessed with this mixer! First, the color is stunning! It is so unique and looks great on our kitchen counter. We do not even use it daily, but we leave it out on the counter because it looks so great. The blue is so unique and fun. The mixer comes with three attachments that I found to be super helpful...especially the beater. I have never had ingredients mix so well. I particularly like how the mixer is powerful without being too loud. I found this mixer super easy to clean. I also know that this will last quite a while. It is solid and so durable. It is on the heavier side because of this, but I do not mind because of how well it works! The only downside is putting the bowl on. It usually takes a minute or two. It is very awkward how you have to place the bowl on the two metal parts and also line it up on the back of the mixer. This was not a dealbreaker, but it is not the easiest thing to get the bowl on. It takes longer than I would like for it too. Aside from the issues with attaching the bowl, I highly, highly recommend this mixer! It is stylish, durable, and powerful!

In addition, the machine is also equipped with easily removable accessories to help you make dishes with different processing methods. The main material of the Kitchen Aid mixer is stainless steel, making the machine durable and easy to clean after use. I often use the machine to make cakes for my family, it helps me gently in kneading dough, whisking eggs; It would have been very difficult to do that without a Kitchen Aid machine to help me. Undoubtedly one of the leading brands in high-quality home appliances. I really like it because I know the price goes hand in hand with the quality, it's very durable and will stay with me for a very long time!

Disappointed in quality control and customer servi

After a long family history with KitchenAid Mixers, and waiting for years until I could afford one, I finally found an artisan in the refurbished store. It arrived today and I was so excited to finally have my own, after so many memories of my grandmother, mother, and aunt using the mixers when I was a child. Upon opening the box and placing it on my counter, I unlocked the hinge to lift it and remove the wisk, and the mixing shaft completely fell out! The pin holding the mixing shaft was completely missing! How could this be overlooked while the unit was refurbished and shipped? I immediately called support and the unit is now backordered. Instead of offering to repair it or replace it with another model, they tried to upsell me to a new unit worth $200 more! Hand Surgery Approved!

I had an unexpected hand surgery that put all my baking, mixing, and kitchen prep fun on hold for about 8 months. I was gifted this mixer to keep the joy of baking in my life while my hand healed, and now that I'm post surgery it is still wonderful since my former strength just isn't there anymore. It fits beautifully and compact on my already crowded counter. I use it about 2-3 a week and haven't had any issues with it. The BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT is really the lack of attention Kitchenaid has given to accessories for this mini stand mixer. [Rewarded Review] Great Mini Kitchen Workhorse!

This is a great machine that can sit on the kitchen bench with a small footprint. It is perfect as it doesn't hit the overhead cupboards when the tilt head is up. I was delightfully surprised at how quiet the motor is compared with my previous mixer, the slow start makes flour clouds a thing of the past. Compact bowl fits easily in the dishwasher. I have used it for making bread dough and the coating on the dough hook makes getting the dough off very easy, it mostly just glides off by itself when the head is raised. There is a good amount of space to add ingredients as the mixer is operating. If you are not doing big batch cooking, this mixer is ideal. Oh and it looks quite dinky for those who appreciate aesthetics.

The motor wasn’t overly happy, but it never slowed down while I kneaded at speed 2, and I got great gluten development with little kneading time. No pouring shield (!!), no stainless steel attachments (flat beater or dough hook), no ice cream bowl, no ceramic bowls, only one glass bowl that breaks for everyone. I can’t even find a pouring shield from third party sellers (and I’ve looked everywhere!!!!). So if you want a mixer with full accessory support, this is not the mixer for you. It’s a shame KitchenAid doesn’t warn its customers that the Mini objectively has less accessory support than the larger models.Oh one more thought. Definitely buy refurbished—it looks and performs like it’s brand new. I got this for less than $200 which is a steal. Plus, buying used is arguably more environmentally friendly.Overall, I give this mixer a 4/5 for its solid and quiet performance. And it looks amazing too—I’m proud to have it on my countertop. I’ve been contemplating purchasing this mixture for a few years. Finally took the plunge and purchased the larger appliance. It was so heavy that I couldn’t lift it out of the cabinet. I returned it and got the smaller artisan model. It’s still heavy and takes up a lot of cabinet space. It’s not complicated to use but it is inefficient. The beater consistently pushes most of the ingredients to the outside edge. Then you must go through the process of turning it off, lifting the head and sometimes removing the blade to scrape off your food. It usually takes several times to get ingredients properly mixed. It’s also difficult to add ingredients while the mixer is turning because there isn’t enough room between the paddle and the sides of the bowl. Not happy with this purchase. The mixer looks great but doesn't perform well at all. It's very loud and shakes a lot when it is being used even though the batter isn't heavy. They really are not making them like they used to. The quality downgrade is very apparent in the levers and attachments. I'm going to return it as soon as I can talk to someone and find out exactly how to do that.. I'm really disappointed because I have used a Kitchen Aid mixer, a regular size classic, for many years. It has been leaking oil off and on over the past 5 years. I have had the grease repacked twice but now thought it was time to spring for a new one.
