Like many others these were great for the first two weeks then despite caring for them to the point of neurosis (careful cooking, cleaning and storage with frypan mats etc) they became the worst frypans I've ever had. The food sticks like crazy even with copious oil, food marks are left on the pan that don't come off and I tapped a wooden spoon on the side gently to shake some food off it and the frypan edge dented. Clearly poorly made and disappointing from an expensive brand. Briscoes staff were condescending and didn't want to know about it when we took them back to store.

Great pans, love cooking with them. Heavy and pretty and clean effortlessly, Only criticism is that the bottom part of the handle isnt heat resistant and I think the pans I replaced must have been because I keep grabbing it too low and burning myself!

I wish I could give this product zero stars and that I had read the reviews before purchasing. But like other reviews pans are great to start with then just stop being non stick. Thought they would be better given the brand is supposed to be high quality. The description also describe the handles as staying cool, they do not!!
Bought in January little under $90.Looks good.Work great on the first month, but then everything sticks. It scratches easy and food fry marks don’t come off.Good thing about it is that it doesnt have that horrible teflon coating.
I bought this few months ago.Im really disapointed with this product. Every food i fried sticking with the pan.bottom is already peeling off.It has a good heat tranfer but design is not properly thought.i got my hand burnet multiple time becuase cast iron layer continues few inches in to the handle.would not buy again.
A classic cookware! My go to for everyday cooking such stir fries and sauteing . Heats quickly and evenly and easy clean up. Can’t live without!
