I absolutely love this hand blender, not only is it easy to use it is also easy to clean and of course my favorite thing about it is that it is cordless. It fully charges in a couple hours and I haven't had to charge it again yet so it lasts a decent amount per charge. The variable speed comes from how hard you press on the variable speed button, which I am still getting used to I think it is a little hard to keep it at a consistent speed unless you want constant full speed. The blender also comes with attachments that are pretty awesome as well. The whisk attachment works well but again that is the point that I realized that it was a little hard to control the speed and I made a bit of a mess trying to figure it out. The food I was whisking turned out fine though. ... MoreI absolutely love this hand blender, not only is it easy to use it is also easy to clean and of course my favorite thing about it is that it is cordless. The food I was whisking turned out fine though. The chopper attachment was also something that I was impressed with. It worked well for chopping garlic and nuts. I also tried chopping onions and tomatoes in there but I found out the hard way that it is best to pulse a few times because if you hold down the button longer you may very well end up with more of a puree than a chop. I just used it to make a puree salsa which was still tasty but now I know better for next time. I used the blender attachment to make some creamy potato soup which was a huge hit with my family. I am super excited to expand my cooking with the help of this hand blender. Overall, this is one of my favorite things to use in the kitchen right now, I am excited to use it again and again. It has opened up a new realm of cooking possibilities for me and I can't wait to try it out even more.

Excellent product and does everything I need it to. Makes blending soupd and smoothies like a dream. The whisk is perfect for anything especially whipped cream and eggs.No cords in the way is the best. I've charged it once and still going strong after many uses.Only downside is it needs a cradle to mount it snd the attachments. Slightly heavy but that's to be expected having such a big battery.

After using it for a few weeks, I can tell you this product is amazing and everything you would expect from a Kitchen Aid product. Here are my thoughts:-Innovation is apparent in the new Cordless system. It makes blending/chopping/whisking so much easier and less messy because you don't have to worry about the cord being in the way or getting into the food and you can basically blend away anywhere in the kitchen, not just close enough to an outlet.- The rechargeable battery base holds a charge, when unused, for at least two weeks.-And let's talk about power: It took just a couple minutes to blend a smoothie using frozen ... MoreI was so happy to receive the new Cordless Hand Blender with Accessories from Kitchen Aid because my previous hand blender had seen better days. Simply remove the blending arm from the motor body and attach the motor body to the chopper attachment. Or any other combination of chopping, blending and whisking you may need.-Everything is extremely easy to clean. There are no small crevices or corners for food to get stuck in.-I have small hands and even for me the grip is comfortable to hold and use for periods of time.- They thought of even minor details, as there are measurements on the blender pitcher lid (1 oz and 2 oz) so maybe if you're mixing up a drink you could easily measure out liquid to add in.And I honestly just love the ability to make small batches of anything without having to lug out and clean a full size blender. I make smoothies several times a week and the hand blender makes the whole process a snap. For all things good there are just two slightly negative things for me. One, being I wish there was an option to use the base with a cord, for those times when it's power might be running low but you still have work to do. The other being the whisk attachment is tall and you need to have a really deep bowl available to use or else you risk making a mess. But those two things are trivial when compared to all the great things about this product. I highly recommend adding it to your kitchen! I see that there is also a cordless hand mixer from Kitchen Aid, I can't wait to get my hands on that too!

Flexibility and Efficiency
5 January 2023

I wanted to buy a new hand blender and, as I was extremely pleased with my other KichenAid appliances, that decision was easy. However, I took a bit of a gamble on going cordless. But I am so glad I did. I have a small kitchen and often have to invent bench space. The cordless hand blender can be used any where. Also I was surprised by its power and ability to do all sorts of jobs. So glad I bought mine before Christmas because it absolutely reduced my preparation time.

No 1 in Hand Blenders without a doubt
25 January 2023

These are absolutely fantastic, cordless for easy use and they run forever on one charge. Love the whisk so easy to use and clean, chopping vegetables is easy and pureeing fruit works flawlessly as well. Thought the lid on the jug was a bit over overkill at first but no I do use it more than I thought great little addition.Overall a great little unit cordless makes it easy to use I have bought another one for my mum because she was so impressed and of course it's kitchen aid so quality is number 1.Can't recommend end it enough.

Really Disappointing
9 May 2023

I have no idea what the other reviewers used before this, but this hand blender is the most disappointing Mothers Day gift I've ever had. There is no variable speed. There is no clasp to hold the lid on the mini blender. The controls are weird to hold. The mini blender barely blends - forget about making a smoothie or curry paste or salad dressing or anything like that in here. Unless you like chunks. The mini blender does not have measurements on the side? The mini blender is the smallest I have seen, almost too small for a smoothie for 1.1 star for being cordless, handy for soup.I wish I could take it back!

Reliable Immersion Blender
27 May 2023

I recently purchased the KitchenAid hand blender and overall I am quite pleased with its performance. It has proven to be a reliable and efficient kitchen tool, but there is one minor issue that I would like to address.First and foremost, the immersion blender has lived up to the KitchenAid reputation for quality and durability. It feels sturdy in my hand, and the stainless steel blending shaft is robust and easy to clean. The blender's motor is powerful enough to handle various blending tasks with ease, from pureeing soups to creating smooth sauces. I appreciate the versatility it offers in my kitchen. However, there is one aspect that could be improved: the speed setting. I appreciate the versatility it offers in my kitchen. However, there is one aspect that could be improved: the speed setting. While the blender functions perfectly well, I find it somewhat challenging to distinguish between the different speed settings. The button requires you to press at certain pressures to distinguish different speeds. At times, it can be a bit frustrating when trying to blend at differing speeds.Despite this minor inconvenience, I want to emphasise that the KitchenAid immersion blender is an excellent product. It delivers on its promise of consistent performance and makes blending tasks efficient and convenient. The sleek design and comfortable grip also add to its overall appeal.I would highly recommend the KitchenAid immersion blender to anyone in need of a reliable blending tool for their kitchen. While the speed setting issue could be addressed, it does not overshadow the blender's exceptional performance and durability. It has become a valuable addition to my kitchen arsenal, and I look forward to using it for many years to come.

We purchased the KitchenAid - Cordless Variable Speed Blender after our struggling with a Kambrook one for 6 months.Firstly, the cordless feature is a game changer! This makes is so easy to use the hand blender anywhere in our kitchen without having to plug & unplug all the time.Secondly, the length of time between charges is amazing! We have used it 10 times, & still haven’t needed to recharge it.And of course this KitchenAid Cordless Variable Speed Blender has the quality feel we have come to know from all KitchenAid products. We are looking forward to many positive cooking experiences with our KitchenAid Cordless Variable Speed Hand Blender ❤️
