I love the look and auto shutoff. Quite classy:-)) Otherwise I am not finding it particularly safe for me. Maybe I'm getting old and forget to slow down but often I want/need to add more water and when taking off the lid I come close to scalding myself. There is no real way to remove the lid without having your hand over the opening. If the handle swivelled some it would be better! (maybe it does but I am not strong enough to do it! LOL)I'm using it for now but looking for something more user friendly for me! I'm sure one of the kids would love it!

I bought this kettle (pistachio color) in December 2023. They sprayed pistachio color inside too. When I got it, it already had stain.I scraped it down many times but I couldn’t get rid of the stain. My partner asked costumers service about the stain. They answered it's not paint it's stainless steel rust, it's from high heat from the usage.Because of regular use and usually having water it it caused it to corrode and produce that green rust.We only used for 1-2 months. And if it is just green rust, normally easy to get rid of it.This kettle looks very nice but I need to throw it away.

Excellent electric kettle. Works quickly.
8 July 2024

Received the electric kettle as a gift a month ago. Has good capacity and works quickly to boil water. Not suitable for other liquids according to manufacturer's instructions, so only used for water. I use this kettle exclusively for tea and drip coffee. I've had no issues with it's performance or reliability. It has an automatic shutoff, so that's a peace of mind issue that is nice. It has replaced my gas cooktop which is also a nice perk.

Heats water SO FAST!
29 September 2024

I bought my kettle about a month ago and now use it every morning. I only heat 1 1/3 cups water for tea in the morning and it's boiling within 2 minutes. I have used it to jump start a pot of water for cooking pasta adding the boiling water to cold water...cuts the boiling time in half. NOTE: There is a PLASTIC filter over the pouring spout inside the kettle. Not sure why the designers thought that was a good idea--it's not. I took pliers and twisted and cut it out, so now my boiling water doesn't touch plastic.

I need Kitchenaid aid
5 November 2023

I love my red kettle and it’s worked perfectly for 6 years until today, the kettle didn’t shut off after it started boiling. I tried it many times with the same results. So I cleaned out the all of the connections, read the manual for troubleshooting (didn’t have any) and now have read all the q&a, reviews even called them, they are closed on Sundays. I realize that 6 years is very long time in small appliance years but I want to see if I can make it work correctly instead of just throwing it away. Can Kitchenaid aid me?

Pastel Pistachio is Gorgeous
12 April 2024

This is my second time buying this kettle. I had it in red at my old place and it's still working fine years later. I pretty much hydrate through herbal tea and boil the kettle several times a day without any problems. The pastel green looks so hot in my new kitchen. I bought salt and pepper grinders and a toaster to match and love the look.Boils fast, functional. and very attractive. Love this kettle.

Super cute, we love it!
6 May 2024

Gorgeous little kettle. Perfect capacity for home of 2 and looks super cute on the bench. Good boil time and not too noisy. Love that the interior is all stainless steel so none of that plastic aftertaste in our cup of tea. Only negative is that you need to take off the lid to see the water level. Still a five star product though and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a small but stylish kettle. Ordered online and arrived super quick too! 💕

Very nice product, to be

Very nice product, to be honest when choosing I was thinking between the classic Smeg in the same colour and this kettle, but this one seemed a class better quality, more robust and more in line with its price. The stainless steel elements are solid, the lid is very easy to open unlike the other choice, which is equally true for the switch movement, the kettle itself is lightweight, the cable can be coiled under the base and therefore does not interfere with the overall aesthetic on the countertop. Almost contrary to expectations, the kettle looks quite subtle and, thanks to the combination with stainless steel, not too rustic; it is therefore, imho, suitable for any kitchen.
