I have always loved all my KitchenAid appliances (and I have had many) and this one is no exception, but I do have one suggestion..I’d would have been nice to either add a smaller Blender Jar (4-6oz) or replace 1 of the 2 current jars with a smaller one. I mix medication every morning, this is why I wanted this blender and would have preferred to use a small jar. I have since ordered a smaller set of Blending jars that came with another blender base..so I have a spare now..and the jar is perfect for my meds and it blends it perfectly..none of that grainy taste..lol I most definitely would recommend this blender..Not to noisy, not to big..and such a lovely color…Thank you!

I’ve had many blenders over the years that have rarely lived up to the hype and after a few weeks of ownership I can comfortably say this blender has bucked the trend! I predominantly use it for smoothies and pasta sauces, and this blender can handle both with ease. The blades are incredibly sharp and easily transition from cutting through ice/ frozen berries to roast veggies and everything in between - nothing has been too difficult for it so far! The blender is a bit noisy but has three settings and blends in seconds so the noise doesn’t last long, and the jug and lid are easy to clean. I’m so happy with this product and already looking at upgrading my kettle and toaster to the Kitchenaid brand because the quality is fantastic and I’m very impressed. 10/10

And nothing you don’t. Well built and designed (in the USA). Quite with plenty of power. The included smoothy cups and processing attachment are a plus. Also nice indents on the side of the base make it easy to lift and carry. The matte black looks very good. One caution, the blades on the smoothy attachment are slightly higher than the housing, so it’s easy to get poked if you’re not careful. Otherwise I think it’s all around great.

Kirchenaid blender is a splendid purchase. I cannot even guess why it was refurbished. Plastic containers are light weight yet sturdy (I dropped it!). Everyday I look forward to a delicious smoothie lunch made up of fresh fruit, yoghurt and high protein ground almonds. Only sorry I was already a senior when I discovered this delight and had never before trusted a refurbished appliance. I‘ve started adding extra accessories, like the lemon press.
I bought this blender from the Kitchen Aid website. Delivery took a bit of time due to the storms. I’ve had it for about 3 months and I also got the personal and the mini jars from another website. I have used it several ways to make milkshakes, blend tomatoes for pasta sauce, salad dressings and protein drinks. The blender works great and the power is more than enough for my use. I’m very happy with this purchase and cost of the blender was very reasonable. I wasn’t sure I would like it compared to other models and brands that offered more settings but I’m really impressed. Having the personal and mini jars is a real plus. Very easy to clean.
kitchen Aid excellent design the jug is plastic light weight instead of glass. Easy cleaning no seperate blending blades to clean attached to the jug. 3 speeds 1 pulse. Blender can chop ice in 15 seconds. The base base is secure does not move when using KitchenAid. Blends examples carrot and apple to make a juice add ice if you want. Blend banana milk with porridge oats excellent. Chop vegetables any put in blender plus stock blend soup done ASAP then can heat up on the stove or microwave. Left in fridge to cook later. Banana ice cream frozen banana milk Ice blend up put in the freezer. You can only use warm liquids never hot. Pulse button to chop vegetable or 1 2 3 speeds. Highly recommend.

Love the clean look of this product, and the measurement lines on the drink cups! Cleans very easily, and I love that this doesn't feel too bulky either. We have less counter space, so we try to only keep appliances we use every day on them (also fits our ADHD needs for cleaner/low maintenance space /better starts to our day). I've heard good things as well about the customer support once you register your warranty, so take up that option to potentially save more in the long run.The blender top also feels less clunky than most blenders due to its' geometric shape instead of the typical heavy glass pitcher shape. Much less prone to spills/aggravating chronic pain issues, while still feeling like a thick enough plastic to feel durable. We have used KitchenAid countertop appliances for years. Recently our KitchenAid blender stopped working and we replaced it with the K150 3 Speed Blender. Compared side by side to the KitchenAid blender it was replaced, there was no comparison. The K150 itself was made of cheap plastic, the glass jar has been replaced with thin plastic, the jar sits very loosely on the blender body, the motor is louder and vibrates more than its predecessor, and every time I turned the dial to the top setting, the knob vibrated off! This is going back and it will be the last KitchenAid appliance I ever buy. What a disappointment.
This rating is based on using the personal jars only, as I have not used the larger pitcher jug yet. I purchased this to replace a very old and well used magic bullet, which I primarily used to blend smoothies for my child. This specific model is perfect for us, because it comes with the personal jars. I love that there are bright colour options, but a bit disappointed that orange wasn't one of them. My only improvement for this appliance would be if it had a retractable cord or an area to wrap/tuck it into.
