I've had a mixer for many years now but never had a cookbook for just that appliance. This is a good start for me.
The promo for this too expensive cookbook regales the "attachment" usage recipes included. HOG WASH! I do not need info about the standard blades, dough hook, etc.!! The small size of this 'cookbook' cheats everyone! Not enough on the basics nor enough on using the attachments!!! This purchase was a waste of my already limited funds. RIP-OFF!!!
Now that I have a stand mixer, I'll be able to learn how to use it with this wonderful cookbook! So glad I found it at Zulilly! Who knew?!?
I was disappointed when I went through it after I got home. It seemed way too focused on encouraging the purchase of attachments. Wasn’t impressed with the recipes either.
