Not sure why they would discontinue the original Kit Kat GOLD version. Can't find the original Gold (with no "Crush" or "crunch" pieces) anywhere... some people want the original texture of Kit Kat with the taste of caramelized gold.

As you'd expect from a gold bar it's sweet compared to your normal kitkat. The caramel flakes give it a nice extra kick of flavour every bite.
I was expecting this to be over the top sweet but was pleasantly surprised. The wafer balanced the sweetness and made for a beautiful bite.
