I don’t have a thyroid (previous cancer), so my hair is extremely fragile. I have developed eczema around my hairline and flaky patches all around the frontal part of the head. It’s terribly itchy, sensitive and painful. This prewash serum is magic. The first 2 weeks I started using it, the flaking got worse. (It seems like the product was clearing out the junk). But now, the dry patches are gone. This stuff is so much better than all the prescription medication I wasted buying.I don’t itch. My scalp looks normal again like it did before I had cancer. From the first time I used the Rosemary and Biotin oil I felt a difference. My hair was extremely dry and was losing hair in a large amount, which I have never before. I applied the oil and waited a few hours before shampooing. As I was washing, I noticed I wasn't losing as much hair as before. Actually I lost only half of the time before I washed. Over all, I am ecstatic to not be losing hair in such a big quantity. I would recommend every one the oil. And I love the rice shampoo and conditioner. My hair is almost like old times, very smooth. I started losing hair overnight without any apparent reason. Hairdressers say possible the fact I had covid a few months ago. I purchased the Rosemary & Biotin scalp oil. First time I applied, left it for 8 hrs. When I washed with the Strengthening Rice Water Shampoo and Conditioner, my hair loss was reduced to less than half of what I lost for more than a month before, each time I shampooed. I was surprised and ecstatic to say the least. Of course I will continue using the products. The hair loss has reduced to normal. Very happy with the find. I will recommend it to every one, with or without hair problems, the Kit-sch products. I highly recommend this product. You won't regret it !

Love tgd bar shampoo and conditioners and I like that I can scan It with yuka and find out that it comes up excellent with very low risk ingredients. The strengthen bar repair I would like more info on that or be able to scan it. It is very important to me that I maintain my hair healthy because I had a bad experience with hair loss during the covid pandemicAlso you are very welcome for my support I will always support small women. I received this as part of the trial. It does make my hair super soft and less frizzy. I have an unmanageable curly dry hair and this product can tame them. On days i dont use it, my hair looks like wires. But on days with this scalp oil, it easy to style. It doesnt weigh down my hair,and it never feeks oily. I love the subtle scent! Im not so sure if it really moisturize my scalp but it did lessen my dandruff so it may be working its magic after all. Thank you kitsch for this wonderful product.
I can tell you I buy products based on the reviews and have never been impressed enough to leave my own review, if I even like it at all. This, however, is the first time a product has ever made such a difference for my hair that I must give it a five star review. I only wash my hair every couple days and look forward to wash day so that I can use this product and look my best. I have very fine, limp, dry hair but this leaves my hair silky and bouncy and smelling wonderful. I was so close to buying one of those $100+ products and thought I was really taking a chance with something so affordable but I'm so glad I did! I'm a lifer.
I purchased the rice water shampoo and conditioner since it mentioned strengthening, and Kitsch was doing a promotion with 4Ocean. I was losing hair in clumps, and nothing seemed to be helping. I have been using it for around thirty days now. I am losing much less hair, now it is the normal amount that a person should shed daily. My hair is not breaking when I comb it. The natural curl is coming back. It has volume, yet it is manageable. It is also very easy to straighten when I choose to do that. I have been able to use much less product for styling as well, because there is much less frizz, and flyaways. I can see new growth in areas that were very thin, and where my hair line was receding.
