Not sure what hair products to get, so I was very excited to see that they have a sampler set that has a few different shampoos and conditioners. I have very long, thin hair. My roots easily get greasy, but my ends are dry. Very excited to try the Castor oil, shampoo and the coconut oil conditioner! I’ve been using it for about a week now and my hair is! I’m very excited to try the rice, water, protein, shampoo, and conditioner that also came in the sampler set. I also got the shave butter, Shea, butter, body wash, and the sugar scrub! All products are extremely amazing, and I love how moisturizing as well as clean feeling after every shower! I also got the travel case for all of my products, very neat and handy. Definitely worth giving all these products a try

Bought this on a whim with a couple other things after reading the positive reviews on it, especially since it’s gluten free. I figured if I liked this, I’d be willing to invest in their shampoo/conditioner bars.The pro is that it smells good. Like maraschino cherries. It doesn’t lather very much and once it’s wet, the smell disappears. The exfoliant is sharp and scratches, instead of doing what it’s supposed to. After, my skin was dry and didn’t smell like anything, so I’ll be sticking to my Dove bodywash and won’t be purchasing the shampoo/conditioner bars after all.

I've used this soap three times now, and I really like it. It lathers up nicely, and definitely moisturizes my skin. That means I really don't need my body lotion any more. I say this as one who lives in the desert and is older (currently age 79), which means the soap really lives up to its claims. I do have to offer one caveat however: in the desert we have evaporative coolers in the summer that keep our indoor humidity at decent levels. I am not yet ready to get rid of my body lotion, given that in winter our indoor humidity is quite low. I am hoping that the soap continues to work as well even in winter. Even if it's not perfect in winter, it's very much better than anything else I've ever used.

I’ve been wanting to try this for the longest time and was happy when I finally ordered it. The product smells great but this is not for me. Too long in the shower using these products. It takes a while for the product to ladder. I order the shampoo and conditioner bar as well as the body wash. I have attempt several times to make a ladder causing me to spent a long time in the shower. As a mom with two small children this is not for me. I wish I can get my money back. Also, the reason why I don’t like the product the most is that my hair is falling so much more than before using this product.
I switched my subscription from the charcoal bar to this shea butter bar for winter thinking it would be more gentle and moisturizing. Big mistake. I should have read the reviews first. I agree with the other reviewers who say this is unusably harsh. The granules in it are so sharp and rough, I cannot run it across any part of my body. It actually hurts. Completely unusable and so disappointing because I have loved every other kitsch product I've ever tried. I wish kitsch would make a shea butter or other moisturizing bar without the harsh granules. For now I'm still in search of a body bar as the charcoal bar is also too harsh for my dry skin in winter.

After nearly a year of this I thought I would just never have nice hair anymore. It was to the point my hair was almost always greasy and fine and limp. This soap bar is very expensive for just a bar soap - but it is surprisingly georgeous. I lreally ove the almond smell, and that it quickly makes great latter. If I permament switch to this, will depend on how long it lasts and how he bar will be when used a while. Have only used it a few times so far. But, I do not like so mutch the very hard peeling grains inside the soap. Due to this, can not slide it along the body, the grains are too hard and sharp, so must make a latter with my hands and then wash. Really wish it was without the peeling. If I want to exfoliate, I want choose to do it and to use another product - I do not want harch exfoliating grains in my shower soap:)

It will streamline your shower routine and give you the soft skin that you've always wanted in the dry seasons.
Like some of the other reviewers, I wanted to love this product because I do love, love, LOVE the shampoo and confitioner bars! Unfortunately this bar is way too rough, leaving actual red scratches if used directly on skin (and I don't have especially sensitive skin on my legs nor did I scrub too hard). So I just switched to lathering it up and not using it directly on skin. It does lather up nicely, it does smell great but it left my skin feeling like it was stripped of all moisture, which usually never happens with shea butter products.I'm sad this did not work for me but I will most certainly keep buying the shampoo and conditioner bars and keep recommending them to anyone who will listen! 🙂
This bar is so wonderful and smells so good I've had to fight myself so I don't use it all super fast. I've got sensitive skin and keratosis pilaris (spots caused by the overproduction of keratin due to dry skin). Remember that this is exfoliating, so you shouldn't be using loads of it or using it every single day, but regular use on my keratosis pilaris patches has worked wonders! (Plus subsequent heavy moisturization, which I do after every shower). I also use it twice a week on more parts of my body, but I use non-exfoliating cleansers the rest of the time. I really really recommend this. It's really moisturising and smells a bit like almonds. It's a treat ever time I use it.
