So happy with our new sauna! Have used it every day so far...The back supports are a nice extra as well. As others have said, it's a little tricky to put together, and needed at least two people to put the front glass panel on. And you need a special tool to put the back screws in on the seat, but other than that - fantastic! Thanks!

After weeks and weeks of research into infrared saunas online and in store for personal use, the Kiva Wellness sauna sparkled from the start of my research journey.With low EMF’s, a company that invests only in ‘wellness’ programs and free delivery, it’s was a no brainer that Kiva Infrared sauna were a 5* product.They didn’t disappoint. Delivery was within 3 days, the owners of the company delivered it to our door step and the YouTube instructions were on-point. Help was on tap within minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

I am so pleased with our sauna. It is the best thing I have ever invested in for my health. We have used it a lot of times in the last month and we feel so energised and healthy from using it. My skin also looks 10 years younger so no complaints here :) Quick service and under two week delivery. Two of us put it together in around an hour. Just perfect :)
This sauna is as advertised, not to difficult to assemble and the appearance is beautiful, it certainly has a calming and wellness feeling.Since receiving it we have been using it most evenings. The Bluetooth feature is a big hit too. Great it can plug into a normal power socket.Love your health were great to deal with and had prompt responses to any questions.
After shopping around for a sauna, the Kiva ticked all the boxes!The price is great, the size, the chromotherapy light and the warranty on the heaters are all great.You will need two strong people to get the front panel on, maybe three.I wasn’t able to screw the bench seat down at the back as the heater panels make this hard to do.Still would highly recommend.

Great value for money compared to others we had seen.Using the Sauna is so easy. Heat up takes about 10mins. I love the beeps 5mins before the timer hits zero. It's also great that the light & audio keep working after the timer turns the heating off. The radio antenna would probably work better if it could be raised above the top cover, as we can only get some channels.We've already used it multiple times since we received it two weeks ago and think it's fabulous! We upgraded from a Luxo Living 2 person sauna to this and the difference is amazing! Much better quality, much deeper sweat, much nicer finish and a much better place to be. It looks great and is amazing. 100% recommended!

After much deliberation and research we went for the Kiva Sauna as it ticked all the boxes. It was delivered in a timely fashion and was exactly as described. It was so easy to put together with no hassle at all. As mentioned in a previous review, the bench seat could not be ******* on at the back as the panels are in the way, but apart from that it works like a dream. Wife and I have used it and been thrilled, feeling amazing post sauna. Highly recommend.
