I buy the 10-pack rectangular boxes from Costco and it usually takes our family 1.5 years to finish the whole pack so I don't buy them often. I'm one of your best clients as I use many tissues a day, everyday of my life, because of allergies. They've been great but now I want to express my dissatisfaction with:1. The new box design. One word: ugly!2. The chemical smell. Never noticed it before until the newest 10-box purchase.3. The dispensing of the tissues. Can't pull one tissue without having all the tissues come out attached, so now it takes two hands to get a tissue. This is truly annoying and the only reason I'm considering switching to a different brand.Please pay attention to your "improvements" because they aren't. The old products and design were perfect.

Kleenex stopped cutting the tissues apart. They are now only perforated like toilet paper. This started during the pandemic and you never switched back to cutting the tissues apart. It's impossible to grab one tissue at a time. Every single tissue sheet in the entire contents of the box is connected making the product a waste. The quality control of this makes your product undesirable to consumers. Guess the machinery used to perforate the tissues is cheaper than blades that actually cut the tissues apart. After 50 years of using Kleenex tissues exclusively I will never buy any variety again. I can't say I prefer Puffs but at least they cut the their tissues apart.

I received this box of Kleenex antiviral tissues just the other day. First thing I noticed right away was the pattern of tiny blue dots on each tissue. Since it's been a while since I used this brand, I wasn't sure if this was new exactly. However, I immediately noticed that they are so very soft! The next thing I noticed was how thick they are. Not so thick that it inhibits the point of using them, but thick enough for the toughest cold/flu mucous.At the time of testing these, I was not sick, aside from the usual seasonal allergies. But these are amazing!! I am definitely going to be buying this kind of Kleenex from now on for my house and my daughter's school too. These are good quality tissues to have on hand for the cold and flu season. I can not speak for the anti-viral germ killing factor because I don't have a microscope on hand. I can say these held up to all of our nose blowing during our seasonal allergy sniffles. As a parent, I've often found myself stacking tissues and wasting money so the little germ sharers in my home don't blow right through them. NOT with this tissue or any other Kleenex product. These are thick! These tissues didn't leave our faces red or irritated. No mysterious after product caking pores, and no lint either. I'd recommend these to anyone who wants to keep germs at bay. The Kleenex Trusted Care Tissue came in a square box. It had an easy to open cardboard perforated opening. The first 4 tissues were a tad difficult to get out as they came out all at once and 3 tore trying to get the tissues out. After those first 4 tissues it was much easier to pull out just 1 tissue out at a time. ​ These tissues have 2 strong layers and the box contains 70 2-ply tissues. These tissues are soft but strong for daily use. They are dye and fragrance free. The tissues are made from 100% responsibly sourced fiber. The cartons are bright with colorful designs. These are perfect for every home, office, or car.

I had a chance to try the Anti-Viral ones for a change and was a little disappointed. I get that they need to infuse the tissues with their anti-viral treatment, but jeez these are way rougher and SO thick compared to the Ultra Soft ones. It's like a small piece of stiff fabric, like a sheet of felt. It even has this little printed polka-dot pattern on the tissues to denote its special properties. Doesn't rip easily but doesn't absorb water well... I don't really get the purpose of these to be honest— I doubt Anti-Viral tissues have an impact on your recovery time.
