We are extremely happy with the dishwasher but very disappointed that we couldn’t use our reward points to pay for it. We found that the website didn’t explain that we had to put the country code in front of our phone number and therefore our points weren’t used and the order couldn’t be changed.

The Program setting does not work on our machine and it is brand new. I have called Myer several times who are still trying to get someone from the Supplier to come and pick it up so I can return it and get my money back. I have been waiting 5 business days for someone to do something, nothing. Customer service say they can do nothing to speed up the process, no one to speak to higher up the chain. Will not give me suppliers details. When it did work it left dishes wet and you can hardly fit anything in. It’s crap and I am very cross about it.

Faulty control panel after first week, made claim under warrenty a secondhand control panel was installed. After complaining a new unit is on order 15 week wait! Rethink your decision in purchasing Kleenmaid.
I find this dishwasher doesn’t fit very much in it, and the racks are annoyingly rickety, the bottom rack is always catching on the door, we can’t really fit wine glasses in it, and it doesn’t dry anything very well.
A quiet, thorough wash. Current favourite cycle is the Eco cycle with extra drying time option. Looks sleek and touch buttons on top work well. I would have liked an optional cutlery basket.
Good clean wash. Great to have all the wash cycles especially the 30 minute wash.
Very quiet and efficient dishwasher, happy with my purchase.
7 wash cycles. Quiet operation (45dB). Control panel not visible when door is closed (handy if young children are present). Internal light.
They tried to get too fancy with the rack design and larger glasses won't fit with the upper rack raised. If you lower the upper rack you can't fit dinner plates down the bottom. Bulky handles on the racks get in the way.
