I was really excited to receive these shoes and they looked really sweet in the box. Nike took great care in their box presentation and the quality of shoe felt awesome pulling it out. Unfortunately for me, that's where my taste for the shoe stopped. The shoes look nice and the Air Max red highlight against the grey is a nice touch but they weren't quite my style. The fit was specific to size and the materials weren't heavy and breathe really well. I'll be excited to see if Nike comes out with other color options and would definitely give those a try!

I have NEVER had a problem ordering Nike shoes in my size, but these were the most narrow shoes I've ever put on. I could hardly get my feet into themand after completely loosening them I still couldn't even wiggle my toes in them. They definitely missed the mark with these. I'm bummed because I really liked them too, but my toes felt like they were in a vice. I have never ordered or have had to order wide shoes, but these would have to be to be wearable. Returned.

Do Not Purchase these! I bought these for my son for Christmas since he is a runner and loves Nike. His last pair lasted a year with running daily! He wore them for a day and the left one rubbed the lower back of his heel causing horrible blisters. The right shoe was fine but the left one poked out more and is defective. I tried explaining this to the store associate and the nearest Macys and he was very rude looked at them and said well he already wore them, we can't re sell them. I said well obviously not they are defective . I just wanted to exchange them. he told me he can't return them even though they are defective. What a waste of money.
I have a few pairs of Air Max and never had this problem. These feel so tight and narrow in the middle of my foot and on my arch. It almost feels like there is something in the shoe, that’s how uncomfortable it is. The toe box fits fine, although could be a little wider. I am a woman, I’d hate to see how this fits a man with a wider foot than me. Returning. Very disappointed because I like the green color way.
I have been searching for a shoe like my beloved Torch 4 for 3 years and nothing compares. These shoes are horrible. I read reviews like I always do and ordered a half size up in anticipation of a decent shoe. But no. These shoes are extremely tight. Suffocating. Although I have toe to top distance my toes are smashed together on sides and I can only imagine how horrible my feet are going to feel at end of work day. What is wrong with Nike?!!! Quality has greatly diminished. Nick was my shoe my fit comfort all my life...until now. No more business for you from me. I would have been a customer for life. These are nice shoes, attractive with a good build quality. However, as others have mentioned, they run a little small/narrow. Get half a size to a full size larger than you normally would. They also have a break-in period (about 20-25 miles) before they really feel "right." I personally got a half size larger and broke them in walking, plus I would bend the toe against the floor to stretch it out.
Bought these to add to the collection, strictly price based. I buy at least 1 pair of Air Max a year; all the same size. Everything from Max 90s, LTDs, Max 1s, Max Pulse, etc. Bottom of shoes all the same length.The tip & overlays, being synthetic, cheapen the overall look of the sneakers. Difficult to determine if the SWOOSH is leather or synthetic. And you would surely want to change the thin laces.These Excees are VERY tight! I would definitely NOT recommend unless you have baby feet! Hopefully a shoe widener will make a difference. May update afterwards.All photos are next to Air Max Pulse for comparison.
