When I tried return it to the "click&collect" doc the person said to wait till store opens which is uncertain at this stage. I'm very disappointed as I cannot even use this or return it.

The wok is great, it is the second one we purchased. However, the delivery packaging is poor. It has been put in a box which is too small and the wok is being press and deformed from round shape to a oval shape...
This is the second one of these I have bought. It's a great bit of kit. Non-stick. It got slightly bent in my car but was easy enough to straighten out again. That makes it sound flimsy but it's not at all.
Great sized wok. Takes a little longer to heat up (induction) compared to other Stone Blast range. Heats evenly and I never have to use any oils with this range. They're very non-stick!
Good value. But as usual (order a number of times from Kmart), Kmart staff does not take care with their packaging. It was so poorly packaged in a box with a sparse bubble wrap that leaves lots of gaps in the box for the wok to be knocked about in transit. So when it was delivered and I unwrap it, the wok was beaten a bit out of its circular shape.
Not impressed with the packaging. It has a scratch on the side due to the thin Aust Post packaging. There was nothing to protect it
I cooked steak in this with no oil at all just the fat on steak and it cooked perfectly. Also it washes up so much easier than my past non stick pans. I’m very happy. I got the set with it too. Very affordable and well made.
This 30 cm stone blast wok is really good in my opinion it is decently made it is sturdy with a heavy base I haven’t yet put it in my dishwasher because it is just so easily cleaned by hand nothing sticks to it meat I have cooked in it has came out deliciously tender and the vegetables are great too.I recommend this product.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
