My 3 yr old daughter used it for a good two weeks then she started using the big girls toilets. Love the fact that its easy to use. My daughter would use it and empty it aswell. Would highly recommend. Am still to try it for my son. Cannot wait.

customer service is terrible, young fella spilt his milk on the floor and the male with dark hair working at layby desk tried to palm the job off because he didn't want to do it... even rolled his eyes at me when trying to work out the online. Had items picked for you in a trolley and it still took til 7pm that night. Only one doing any good is daph on the door!

My Son is always obsessed with 'flushing' the main toilet that it's hard to get him to do what he is ment to be doing... toilet training.With this my son can flush all he wants and there is no water waist.He has made leaps with this mini toilet with poty training.Highly recommend

The product was very satisfying. It lived our expectations as my little one is getting used to it. The build quality is very good and it's 5 months now since we have been using it and it holds up well. Product is very comfortable.
18 month old knew exactly what it was for as soon as I took it out of the box. Had it a week and he uses it every day without needing any encouragement. Batteries are a bit difficult to get in and can fall out easily so I didn’t worry about them so no flashing lights and noises when you push the button
Sound didn’t work for the toilet. Frustrating when you’re expecting a certain product and from the moment you get it it won’t work as advertised. It doesn’t need the sounds for the functionality so the effort it would take to return it with little kids in tow was not worth it.
