As a busy working mum who tends to cook most meals from scratch I was very excited at the thought of ready made, affordable chicken stock! I tend to cook a lot of homemade curries, stews, casseroles etc, and I find this ready made chicken stock so convenient! The smell when you open it is divine, literally smells like you've roasted a chicken - delicious! I made a chicken and spinach curry with mine and also a chicken and lentil stew. I think this has to be the tastiest stock I have ever used. After years of stock cubes and pots I'm a definite convert to concentrate in a bottle. Not as salty as I expected , which is no bad thing, as I'm getting to reduce my salt intake. I've used it in soup, casserole, stir fry. Is there anything more to try it in......I'm definitely going to get more.......and look for other "flavours". Big plus its not messy to use!

Great addition to the pantry/fridge, so handy in the squeezy bottle. Aroma is very pleasing and it adds a wholesome flavour to my casseroles and especially stir-fries. Great colour. Slightly salty for my taste so had to adjust down the amount needed. Overall a really good product which I will use in the future - byebye to chicken stock cubes. Oh yes, the dog totally approves aswell!

I have been trying a lot over the years.It totally disolved very quickly and into a smooth liquid. So much easier than stock cubes.It says on the bottle that it is 'rich' and that is exactly what it is. Full of flavour.My Sunday roast was definately enhanced by using this to make my gravy.One suggestion I have is that it is made a little darker to prevent you having to add a browning to the gravy, but this I realise is just a personal preference.I am looking forward to trying the equivelant in beef. I will most definately be adding this as a regular to my shopping list.
So, this arrived and I couldn't wait to try it with the chicken roast dinner! When opened I'll be honest it smells horrible! In fact I gagged!! But I used a couple of squirts in my bisto gravy granules. And oh my god!! It tastes amazing! Much better flavor than the little knorrs stock pots. Everyone commented on how amazing it tasted. And I have now convinced family members to give it a try too. By far the best roast dinner to date!! I also going to try it as a marinade!
This concentrated liquid stock is great, not to salty like the usual stock cubes can be. It smells divine like a home made stock. Only need to use a little as it's goes along way, worked wonders in my Tuscany chicken. Gave it a lovely rich flavour from only a few drops. So handy that you can just pour it straight from the bottle, no hassle, no mess. So glad I tried this, a firm favourite and will definatly be 'stocking' up the cupboards with more.Concentrated liquid stock all the way.
Loved the packaging, very good size.I made a meal for my family and the consistency was very good it stirred in very well You only need a small amount as it's very strong so will last for more meals. I think Knorr's Chicken Liquid Stock is absolutely yummy. I tried it in a chicken casserole, in noodles and in a chicken stir fry. It has an intense chicken smell and taste. I added slightly more than the recommended tablespoon in the casserole but that is more to do with personal taste. Also if you want to use Knorr's Chicken Liquid Stock as a gravy you will need to thicken it as it is watery. All in all I would definitely use Knorr's Chicken Liquid Stock.
