The shredder itself is excellent, with a very quiet action that effortlessly shreds the paper.I was disappointed with how small the cabinet was - it's hard to tell on a photo, but the capacity of the shredder bag is severely limited. The last shredder we had just has a plastic hopper which was messy to empty into a bin bag. When I saw this shredder I thought it would be really good as it empties straight into a bag; however the bag is so scrunched up inside the very short cabinet that the capacity is limited. I would definitely recommend the brand but would go for one with a bigger bin.

Works well shredding a decent sheaf of paper.Neat cut in and out when paper inserted/shredded.Receptacle for shreddings too small to take a good sized bag-needs enlarging

Good sturdy machine but slightly smaller than I thought. I can shred all day with this thing without worrying bout over heating. It struggles with 30 sheets but 20 sheets it handles easily.
