i bought 3 of this, 2s with caffeine and 1 normal.Kinda adventurous i would said to use in my first ever marathon race without tasting it before.Taste wise, i need drink water to flush it more compared to another brand i used to. If not, the gel is sticking in your mouth.But it is convenient i tear it with my teeth, and squeeze it while my usual brand i need to twist it .Good things with caffeine gel, i dont need to prepare extra caffeine capsule. This is 2 in 1.Will come back again for my future race in coming month

One of my fave gels ever. Consistency is perfect and doesn't give you a stitch at all. Gives you such a great little boost and cola is my fave flave. Reasonable too.

Best tasting Gel I’ve tried. Has no after taste and taste exactly like banana! The only Gels I’ll have now is koda. Easy on sensitive stomach and found it to kick in rather fast for that extra energy when running. Consistency wasn’t too thick either.

It’s amazing to have a gel that tastes exactly as it’s described. I find koda gel the perfect consistency and easy to get down as well as fast acting in getting energy supply.

This is my favourite gel, and the mainstay of my gel rotation. Berry is my favourite flavour, with Lemon Line being my second favourite. I like that it does not contain fructose. Its sweet, but I've got a sweet tooth.
I really enjoy the Koda gels on my long runs. I haven't landed on one flavour and I like to suprise when reaching into my pocket and ... Berry! Or mango, etc 😂Good consistency and doesn't upset my tum.
