Long story short - I never printed photos even back in the day when I owned a top of the line Canon Color Printer. Tooooo expensive. I digress.I recently had the need to put up some of my favorite pix that have just sat on my Desktop. Took a hop over to my local Staples and found this Kodak Paper. None of the Photo Type papers on the shelves indicated they would work with Solid Ink Printers, so I gave this a shot. Once you get the colors worked out to your satisfaction this paper MAKES for great Photo Prints! I highly recommend it.

I can count on clear, accurate color prints every time. It is a substantial weight and produces a photo that handles well, frames up nicely and will stand the test of time. As a photo album person and a creator of frequent photo collages, I appreciate these qualities. This is the paper I use when I need to make copies of scenic views, amazing flowers or other subjects for my art students to use in class work. I often tuck a recent relevant snapshot into letters to friends and family members. Printed on this premium photo paper, the prints nicely survive mailing trauma and arrive fresh and bright. Thank you Kodak and thank you Staples!

This paper is a very good quality paper. It develops with a gloss hta is just right, drys quickly and never faids with time. I use 100 sheets in no time and it is always on the shelf at Staples. I like this paper better than others. I have tried the other brands and they are either not exactly 4" X 6" or they do not have that quality photo finish when done. I understand there are many processes to manufacture this paper with chemicals and what have you, but I do wish the price was lower. At least Kodak could offer sales, discounts, or refunds of long time cutomers. Well, at least Staples does things to help sometimes. That is better than nothing at all.
I have bought several packs of this photo paper over the years because it was the best quality but this last pack was not worth buying. Kodak has changed the paper. The paper is now thinner and is the same as other poor quality low coat photo paper. I returned the paper and I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY THIS PRODUCT. Bring back the old paper and raise the price. I will gladly pay more for a quality product. This is another example of ruining a good product.
My camera is in my purse at all times - wouldn't want to miss that "Kodak moment"! And while one can alter the lightness/brightness and crop the picture, the paper has a profound impact on its end result; hence, my purchasing Kodak paper. At this holiday season I download and print pictures taken throughout the year, album them and give as gifts to friends and family - remembering joyful memories puts smiles on faces.Although the Kodak paper is not the least expensive to purchase, I have found that the quality of my printed pictures is 'professional looking'. My family and friends often comment on the clarity and remarkable results of my pictures, and for me, living on a fixed income, my hope is that Kodak remains affordable for me. Thank you!
The majority of my photography focuses on elementary school yearbook candid & action photos and sports photography for soccer teams. I shoot a lot of photos at each event and prefer to do final proofs on paper. It has been a challenge to find Kodak premium photo paper in neighborhood stores, especially at an affordable price. The Kodak Ultra Premium paper I found at Adorama was a real price performer, and the turn around time for delivery was great too.
Pros: It's cheap in comparison to other paper , but flimsy and doesn't seem to take the ink as well as other papers .Cons: For my Epson 15000 printer it's not very good if I'm honest , but may be great on other printers , suppose you will just have to try it and see ..
This Kodak photo paper is suppose to be 280gsm. It is NOT 280gsm. I have a number of different types of photo paper in my possession, and many different types of card and paper. All of varying GSMs. So I know how each GSM feels. This photo paper is most definitely not 280gsm. It is very thin. It is most likely 180gsm Kodak photo paper being passed off as 280gsm. Fraud.
This paper was selected because of the name Kodak which I associate with the term quality. The paper did not disappoint. It has a beautiful glossy finish. My prints look wonderful on this paper and I will continue to purchase this specific paper.
