Kogan 464L French Door Fridge with Water Dispenser (Black Stainless Steel)

The fridge is genuinely terrific 👌 I am so pleased with my purchase. I was a little concerned how good it would be for the price but it is PERFECTO! My parents bought a brand name French door and paid at least 3 times as much and they have had nothing but problems after only a few months. I love it, definitely worth it!I have to say that the only let down was the two guys who delivered it...they were in such a hurry. Unfortunately for me I have a very bad back and struggle to move and I didn't realise that the fridge would be left in it's box and on a foam platform. I wish I had have known prior ☹️

The ad says they remove yr old fridge, but the delivery guy wouldn't take it.So I'm stuck with the disposal of my old fridge. This fridge's interior is roomy. quality is almost as good as a Westinghouse. It's very quiet, was delivered in a few days.The guy brought the fridge inside, I unpacked it. It's a beautiful matt black, it has a sheen to the finish, really good buy for $999! If I was to purchase this size in another brand, I'd easily be paying $2,000+I couldn't be happier with my black, French door (4 Door) fridge $1099!

Excellent Item

As far as fridges go, there's a wide range of competing options & prices. This one is a definite winner with ample shelf space and bifolding doors that make it easy to duck into the fridge or freezer. I thought the freezer would be bigger, however for most people with standard use in a family of 4 it would be fine.If you do a lot of meal prep or keep a lot of frozen things, I'd advise pairing this up with one of Kogan's dual function chest fridge/freezers. Fantastic bang for buck

For the size and style you will be spending 50-100% more on another brand, but don't! This product is fantastic and we are glad we made the choice. Easy to deal with, although it would have been nice to be able to select a delivery date through Kogan instead of the 3rd party. Cools and freezes well and has a decent energy rating, definitely a good choice! Ignore the people complaining about the plastic that doesn't peel off, if you spend the time it will come off completely.

Great fridge ... however..

You have to open both doors to get the fruit & vegi crisper open. The sides of the fridge get really hot, really hot, hot enough to curl paper and almost too hot to keep your hand on the side of fridge. This happens when first cool down but is above warm when it is working. We have 10cm all round for circulation but if you are going to put this in an enclosed space or a tight fit, it may not be the right one for you. If you dont mind the vegi/fruit crisper/door open thing and you have the space for circulation around the fridge it is a great unit. Given the above comments, YES, I would reccomend this fridge and the price just could not be beaten, and it is very quiet running as well which is a great bonus.

Looks great, does its job well.

Overall very happy. Little niggles are The plastic film coating the exterior for transit is difficult to remove entirely, so there are small little bits of plastic around the perimeter that are noticeable against the charcoal color of the fridge.I wish the door shelves had more height adjustability, I have to remove a shelf to fit champagne standing upright which is annoying.Aside from this I actually love my new French door fridge, it looks and works great, it even froze my rum when it was in the freezer, didn’t think I could do that haha. Have lowered the freezer temp since :)

Love it! But arrived with a very small dent.

Looks amazing, and keeps my food fresher and cooler more evenly than my old fridge.It did arrive with a tiny dent at the front but kogan offered a replacement or $45 credit. The dent appears to be done in manufacturing because the front of the fridge comes covered with 2 layers of foam at the front and had no damage to the box on delivery. Another thing i have to say is it is more of a dark grey than black and doesn't look as dark as in the photos. Overall it is a fantastic fridge for the price and i would buy again.

Price and freezer store capacity and quality

Price is great but we are so disappointed by the short power cable. The fridge size is fit to the fridge hole 👍but then the problem came. The cable is too short that I cannot plug in and get myself out of the fridge hole😡. Another problem is the side storage which is not tall enough for a sparkling wine or Ribena and other bottles are easily fallen out when open the fridge door. Freezer storage is a bit small compared to the fridge storage.Given the price is so reasonable, all these are acceptable except the power cable need to be improved as fridge hole is common in Australia

Simply awesome

We had a limited space and this compact 4 door was a perfect fit thanks to the correct dimensions posted on the website. Have to shout out a thx to Phil from QLS for the amazing fast delivery. He was awesome. The fridge is great and my second fridge from Kogan and my fifth appliance from Kogan. Was unbelievable value for money. Whilst compact on the outside we have been unable to fill it, it is plenty of space on the inside and of course the French door system allows for party platters. It is as good as the higher priced high street stores products at a fraction of the price. The stainless steel finish is superb. No regrets, highly recommend. We love our fridge.

This fridge was advertised as "4,5 stars but came with 2,5 stars" - why is that?

The fridge was delivered in perfect condition. Delivery man were very helpful. Thanks!So I presume all is good as long as the warranty covers the product?But previously (5 years ego) I bought a Treadmill - a big machine and obviously out of warranty now. Only a very little "printed power supply board" is faulty but no help from KOGAN how to get a new one? Such item is not popular on the local market and I did not find a helping hand yet?I presume you have some resources (how and were) to get replacement?
