Excellent TV except it aerial receiver in NZ for Freeview was not built in and also the warranty compared with other places and I was been told it will arrived in a couple weeks time but it arrives in just 5 days. Still feel happy even though I have to buy a Freeview Streaming adaptor costing me $90 plus finding out this streaming don't give you channel 11,12,13 and also and 1 hour delay channels plus Channel 26. Not sure why, maybe they are against this religious broadcast. Now I have to get an additional TV terrestrial tunar costing me a further $40. Wish I have cancel straight away and purchased locally. Just pray I don't have problems with this TV for next 3 years or else I will regret it all my life.

What a TV for the price. The picture quality is decent for what you pay. Nothing to write home about but decent enough to watch without getting irritated. You can also install a lot of your own android apps (via USB) which will stream a lot of content from the internet. A lot of people complain about the sound quality. I agree that it is too soft and you have to crank it up a lot to hear anything. Having said that, a simple tweak of changing the setting of audio to "Vivid" mode fixed all that without having to add a sound bar. Overall, very satisfied with what I was able to do with the TV. Would definitely buy it again.

Arrived promptly and well packaged, Picture quality not quite as good as expected but OK for what I want. I don't do gaming etc.Set up of the Google TV takes a bit of getting used to and some time to set up properly.The program guide is very hard to read as it has small print and the layout is cumbersome. The scroll up guide on my old Kogan TV was far better and user friendly. The voice activated assistant is very useful as there is so much content ot the Goggle homescreen that it is much quicker to find what you want by using the assistant.

Seems like a pretty good TV for the coin. Arrived super quickly and packaged well. All items were included. It was so easy to set-up out of the box and getting running with my Google login. The remote is a little slow to respond sometimes, but otherwise works well. The speakers are horrific! Terrible sound, tinny as and a weird background white noise hum watching sports events. Definitely recommend adding a sound bar option to your order. We chose the Yamaha SR-C20A for under $200 and it is elite.
I bought my 55” tv from Kogan 2 weeks ago. It only took two days to deliver.Wow, I am so impressed with the quality of all features.Sound by Dolby is magnificent.Colours are bright and spectacular.If there is a dark scene, one can clearly see what is happening. (My old telly I just couldn’t make anything out in a dark scene.)I think this is my favourite on this tv.Love to watch YouTube here also.I am so very happy with my purchase.I bought the three year warranty too. Took a gamble on this TV as i normally look for a TV with a known good panel. The reviews and the sale were too good to pass up. I've used this for about a month now and i'm very happy with it considering i bought it on sale. I would suggest buying a soundbar as the built in speakers are not the best but there aren't many TVs in general with decent built in speakers. Day to day watching TV the built in speakers are fine but for watching movies or TV series you will have a better experience with a soundbar. I did use the SmartTV functions such as the apps and i was quite surprised as to how well it ran. I originally had the Kogan 32 inch Smart TV and it couldn't handle running the Twitch or YouTube app at times. With this TV it seems to run fine for the most part. Purchased this tv on sale for use in an entertaining area and it has been fantastic right out of the box, you would struggle to beat it for value for money.The picture is sharp and vibrant, the connection and menus are easy, and it shows sport very well for its budget price.The only negatives are the sound is a bit tinny, hook it up to a cheap speaker and problem solved. And I have had a couple of experiences of lag when using the remote.I had to really stretch for these negatives and they do not take away from its rating in this segment
We bought this TV for my 82 year old mother in law. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. My mother in law found it easy to use.It worked for one day then it wouldn’t turn on. I called my mother in law to see how it was going and she told me it only worked for one day.I went through all the remote control troubleshooting I found online and when that didn’t work. I turned it off and on at the power point and it came back on. It retained the configurations and has worked all of this week. Fingers crossed that is the end of the problems.
The picture quality is great and the features are good. It's an easy to navigate interface for anyone, young or old.However, the sound quality is pretty average, its very tinny. This is most noticeable when first turning on the TV, after a little while you get used to quality and it's not as noticable. I've played around with the sound settings and haven't been able to improve things. There's also a lag between remote and TV which can be a little annoying. For the price these two issues can be overlooked. The sound quality could be resolved with a sound bar, I'm yet to explore this option.I would recommend this TV for anyone looking for a cheap option who isn't overly invested in the quality of the sound. It's certainly a matter of you get what you pay for.
I am please with my new purchase. Easy to set up and picture quality is great. Unfortunately when the person came to put it on the wall and we turned it on he noticed a little spot right in the middle of the screen that he thought was dust but on closer inspection it was actually a scratch. But as I do not have any evidence that it was there when he unpacked it or whether it was done when removing the packaging there is not much I can do about it. Now I look for it all the time.
